The chain on my garage door came loose so I wasn't able to close my garage door automatically, I knew I had to get this fixed immediately, so Moja Garage Doors was contacted last night, and Oscar came out the very next morning to take a look at my garage door. He tried to fix the chain, but to no avail so he showed me where the piece was broken and that I would need a new one. This is my first experience with MOJA Garage Doors. Oscar replied immediately even though it was late night and he was here the next day. I was looking for a specific design for my garage door. Multiple places gave me outrageous prices, and the wait time was at least 6 months because of the supply shortage. Some other prices were ok but not what I was looking for. Oscar provided me with different quotes from basic to customized garage doors. I had a specific design in mind and was shocked at how he beat all the prices. I couldn't believe it when he told me it would take 2-3 months to get the customized door. In the beginning, I thought he was trying to sell it. I was completely wrong about that; I got the garage door within two months!!! A customized design!! For a non-customized one was like immediately in that month. He did a fantastic job explaining what to do and not to do to keep the door healthy. I need to set it up to control it through the app. I love how people walk by/drive by to look at the new garage door. It used to be an ugly flip-up heavy garage door. Around 5 pm on a Friday our garage door wound up getting off the track, bending some brackets and had the cable come loose and was unable to close fully. Once he arrived (which was right on time), he assessed what was going on and pointed out some damage that occurred as a result of our garage door spring failing and our door falling. He provided an additional cost which seemed reasonable to fix the other items and pointed out some other issues he noticed when inspecting our other garage door. I let him know that I would probably have to do those repairs on another date. Once he completed the repairs, we agreed upon, I noticed he was changing the hinges on the other door and so I inquired about him doing that.
