They went over the work and what they were doing and, when hitting the inevitable snags, seemed to be transparent when describing the issues involved. Then when i called back, again, min 5x, finally someone answered. My 2nd attempt was to confirm our appt for tomorrow. Oh, yeah, nope. Can't make it, too busy. Did I mention it's tomorrow? And if I hadn't called, what? (if you're too busy NOT answering the phone, imagine how busy you'd be answering it? Expansion? Riches? debt free? Those terms come to mind?)
