Overall a nice car wash experience. It's a little difficult to navigate to from the main roads but I'd say worth it. Fairly the same/expected price for car washes in the area. Although they have an extensive menu that they show you which certainly overwhelmed me. So many options and various things. I just wanted a clean vehicle and the undercarriage cleaned off of any salt from the roads this winter. I think it did the trick and was a pleasant experience. I love this dog friendly car wash so much that I went back the next day with my husband's vehicle. We did the basic wash and vacuum/interior wipe for both cars and it was well worth the money ($26). They were thorough and did a great job! It's also a huge perk that they allow dogs to hang out inside while waiting for your car to be done. Tips: they are thorough so your wait will be at least 30 mins- avoid peak times so you don't have a longer wait. I went right before a Husker game and first thing on a Sunday. I didn't have a wait. Sunday afternoon, no full service because of drain plugged, but exterior only is open. If you have any bugs on front of vehicle or windshield, plan on cleaning them yourself. The kid with the soap and water squirter only gets your car wet before it goes thru the wash, doesn't try to get bugs off the windshield or front of car. Does just a little better than using your cars washer and wipers. I don't think I will be back, the brushes seem to be more aggressive on my car than I like, and they could use a lot more water to help the brushes work smoother on the car finish. I really wish I hadn't put my car in this car wash, but it's too late now. read more

I've been bringing my vehicle regularly at Mojo's for car washing for the past 4 years, supporting local businesses religiously. After this morning's experience I will not be bringing my vehicle there anymore. I purchased a car wash package where my vehicle gets wiped down after the car wash. I usually tip a dollar fifty to the person who wipes down my car after each service. Today after the car wash I sat there for 5 minutes and no one came down to wipe down my vehicle. I ended up driving back to the entry point and complaining to the service guy about the lack of customer service shown at their business. He apologized and offered a refund for the car wash. I told him to tell the owner I won't be returning back to Mojo's and will find another servicer for my vehicle. What a disappointment for me, supporting a local business and being let down this morning. I even paid for a full detail last summer and they actually did a great job. I took my car in for a front to back detail which was to include a hand wax. Overall was VERY disappointed. They didn't vacuum the trunk, there was still lots of dog fur in the car and I'm certain there was no hand waxing. The first rain fell one day later and zero beading of the water. If I could rate "0" stars I would. Other than the location, there is nothing to be desired at Mojos. Long waits, sporadic closing hours or full days closed because of a chance for rain. For $28 you would expect excellence (or close to) but end up spending an hour of your day for a subpar wash, by mismanaged staff and a greeter who tried to talk you out of including the inside package in the first place. I feel for the on-site manager as he used to care, but is clearly over worked and has no support or guidance. Without drastic changes I give this place another six months. I encourage the owner and management staff to survey other carwashes including jet splash in Lincoln to truly have an idea of how a car wash should be run. Good luck. read more

I've been to Russell Speeder's, Dolphins, and now Mojo's and HANDS DOWN Mojo's is the best. Funny thing is when they were building it, I honestly thought it was a body shop because of all the garage doors. I never realized it was a car wash place until one of my good friends used them and referred me. On my first visit I was hooked! I tried their most basic (cheapest) wash and the service is impeccable for even the $8 wash. My car was pre-sprayed by a human being who also then folded my side mirrors before going through the wash. Then at the end of the cycle there were two guys with towels waiting to HAND dry my car. Does anyone else know of a car wash place that does that...? I think Mojo's is the only one. Anyways, I have always been super impressed every time I've gone for a wash. On my most recent visits, I did their full service "Best in Show" wash for $28 bucks and they cleaned the outside of my car- tires and rims plus they vacuumed, wiped down my dashboard, and cleaned my floor mats. Basically put it in the condition you would expect to get it from a new car lot. I was talking to the owner (who's really nice btw) about a weird smell we've had in our car ever since we bought it used and he said they could do a carpet shampoo that would eliminate the odor. I went in there yesterday to have this done and sure enough, it smells like new car. Since I'm a clean freak, I greatly appreciated the parallel shampoo vacuum lines all over my car...see my photos. waste of time and money. As far as I know, there's not another car detailer in town that doesn't use toxic chemicals, so I was willing to drive far and pay... but seats and rugs were soaked when we were called in to pick up the car (i was curious why turnover was so fast, because of drying time with other detailers), pools of dirty gross water in console and other areas, and now instead of dirt, MUCK in all the divets and places where water would pool if there wasnt a drying/wiping process..., because of soaking the interior of the car. It wasn't a thorough cleaning job, and definitely not worth $200, as we have spent the last hour wiping down hard surfaces, took out wet mats so that wet carpet could dry, keeping windows open (it's going to rain, so likely the situation could get worse because we have to close windows in a soaked car). Rude service, car was still dirty inside and out even though I was the only one there at the time. I was fully prepared to wait the 45 minutes to come out to a sparkling car. Once called to come out to claim, everyone scattered like roaches when I had questions about areas missed. Trying to track down the manager was a joke. Once I did, he was not pleasant to deal with. Finally got my money back and bolted . It was my second attempt to try this place, but will drive to another location that is miles away for better service and detail. Blake and his crew did an amazing job getting rid of a large amount of egg shrapnel and splatter on the interior of our MINI that was caused by criminal mischief. He was extremely responsive, told us over the phone late at night what to do immediately to try to prevent further damage, and then he worked us in right away into his busy schedule. The car was finished in less than 4 hours, and he and his crew did an immaculate job leaving us with a clean car, no smells, no residues. Always solid here - even with a line I it moves pretty quickly. Exterior wash is pretty standard but the interior is very well done. They wipe down door jambs, remove and clean mats and get sun roof/rear cargo area. Definitely worth it after bad weather/snow. read more

I went today for a interior / exterior car wash, expecting the different option at different pay points. I get in line, when I get to the booth to select, she communicated on option "Best in show" which is the highest price option. I had no choice as I was in line, very frustrated! Then one my Jeep was complete I pointed out a few spots, which they happily corrected, I asked for the air freshener ( which is part of the high price service), go be told it is not offered. I brought my SUV in to be detailed (three services totaling $140). From previous detail jobs done on this car, Mojo's only got it about 75% done. I quickly found cheerios and raisins under the seats. A mat that goes over the third row when collapsed wasn't even unfolded and vacuumed. I took baby wipes from my glove box and wiped down several other spots that were easy to clean. Not expecting much I had asked them to see if they could do anything about pen on the interior. That was the first thing I checked out when I picked the car up just hoping (on a long shot) they had success. The person told me they "tried everything" on it but then a guy 10 feet away cleaning another car yells out that he hears dish soap and water works well. I thought it was odd for them to give a recommendation after "trying everything." Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I called and left a voicemail sharing my dissatisfaction. I normally enjoy detailing my own vehicles, but if I'm pressed for time and/or want someone else to do the initial "grunt" work on an especially filthy car and then I finish the rest, I don't mind paying for it. My preferred car wash is Dolphin's, but it's not close to home. I normally use Mojo's for exterior-only washes, and they do a pretty good job. On a recent visit, I decided to get their mid-tier "Best in Group" full-service wash, which was under $30. Having been a detailer for a local luxury car dealer, I understand that, when people are waiting for their vehicle, and it's hot outside, even the best wash has to be done in a hurry, and may not turn out perfect. My relatively filthy SUV was returned to me pretty clean, although there were plenty of obvious places the kids working at Mojo's overlooked that a simple wipe-down would've sufficed. As usual, I returned home to do the finish work, and saw that they missed some very visible crumbs in the rear of the vehicle. Again, having experience in this environment, I can't be too harsh on the teenagers that were working in the detail bays, but you could tell that they weren't being supervised very well, if at all. The detail bays were extremely unkempt, and there was trash everywhere. I think that, unless a tornado has gone through the interior of my vehicle, I will stick to exterior-only washes at Mojo's. read more

Brought up Yelp while in the wash & a little shocked at all the negative reviews - perhaps they've changed owners since they mostly seem old. The attendants were very nice going in and coming out. Truck looks good, reasonably priced & service was great. Car washes often fail the back end but it was also spotless. Scheduled a two item detail package: car wax and carpet shampoo. When I checked in, they had me scheduled for a carpet shampoo and an "interior super clean". I told the check-in clerk that I wanted a car wax, not an interior super clean. He asked me if I wanted all 3 services, and I declined and stated I just wanted the car wax and carpet shampoo. When I left I believed I had received what I asked for, I even spoke to the kid who worked on my car about the car wax. He did not indicate he had waxed the car. Everyone makes scheduling errors, but to provide a service I had specifically declined instead of providing the service I requested is entirely unacceptable. I would be less dissatisfied if the interior detail was complete. There was still dust and dog fur in the vents and on the console. Essentially, I received a $135 carpet cleaning. Got the full service today for $37.00. They really didn't do a good job with the exterior or interior. The back of the vehicle the worst. Near the license plate and top of the back window still dirty. They didn't open the back hatch so it was still dirty. Took our car here once and we'll never go back. A number of items and money were stolen out of the car, and when we confronted they didn't deny it. One of the managers actually said "oh we know who that would be" like it's happened before. They tried to make it right by returning the missing coupon book and giving us $20. I scheduled a full detail costing $150 at Mojoes. This included carpet shampooing and detailing of all hard surfaces. They informed me they would need my car for a half day. I made special arrangements for someone to meet me there and pick me up while they were detailing my car. An hour and a half later they called and said my vehicle was finished. I went to pick it up and found that they had not shampooed the carpet's, it was still covered in dog hair, streaks on the windows, dust in the vents, dust in the cracks and crevices but yet they still wanted to charge me $150. I spoke with someone at the front desk and he asked if I could bring it back on another day. Who has another half-day? The day I brought it in they were very slow due to snow the prior evening. They were more concerned about closing down at 1 PM then they were about doing business the right way. Mojo's website says brushless. But that is not the case. There are in fact a number of high speed rotating brushes (think weed whacker) that strike your car on the front, sides and top as you roll through the wash tunnel. They had broken my uncles back window wiper so in return we got a free wash, detail or whatever ($70 value). We decided to give them a try for an interior clean. I am completely dissatisfied! Didn't pick up the floor mats, didn't wipe down the doors, trunk was in touched, and on top of that I get home and have a door ding! We have a 2014 car so this is very unsettling to me. I dropped the car off at 10 and arrived back at 12:40 without a phone call saying that the car was done. It had just been finished. The job they did on the car was at most 30 minutes top! They almost had my car for three hours. You know what they say, "you want a job done right, do it yourself". And that's what I will be doing from now on. read more

I purchased the exterior only $8.99 car wash, and for the price I was expecting more. The employees did not seem to happy very happy to be there, maybe I just came on a off day. They did hand dry my car which was a positive, not very many car washes still do this which was a nice little bonus to this car wash. After looking at my car afterwards my car did not look any cleaner than when I take it to a cheap gas station car wash, there were some spots on the front of my car where my car always gets the most dirty first that were still there after going through the wash. I usually always go to Russell speeders in the past but wanted to give this place a try instead but I can't say that I will be going back here. I brought my van in the last week of April to have a complete detail done with the addition of extra cleaning on all hard services and upholstery shampooing. My vehicle had been in storage for the past 6 months so it was very dusty and had a stale odor. I dropped it off at 9am and got a call at 3pm from what I'm assuming was the manager, stating my third row seats have tons of "maggots" crawling everywhere and his employees were too grossed out to complete the job. He told me to take my van to be fumigated. I immediately went to pick up my vehicle and to see what he was talking about because there was nothing in my van during storage to feed maggots. I was extremely bewildered by what he was saying. I arrived and asked to see what his employees were so grossed out by and he shows me that under my third row seats were some tiny dead, I repeat dead, bugs. At that point another employee walks up to me and says that the other guys had vacuumed up thousands of these little bugs that these grown men were supposedly grossed out by. The man that called me then stated he'd "only" charge me for the work they did and stated $89. I took my van home extremely irritated that these people made the claims they did only for me to see just a few dead bugs. After I calmed down I went out to inspect my van to see what they actually did that would cost me $89. I was told that the seats and carpets had been shampooed and all the hard surfaces had been wiped down. Well if those things had been done, these guys need a lot more training. The only thing that looked like it had been done was wiping down the hard surfaces in the front seat are. The seats were not wet nor did they look any cleaner when I picked up the vehicle and the carpeting was still dirty. So not only did they not finish the interior and not wash the exterior, they left a greasy film on the inside windows and both of my side mirrors were so coated in this greasy film I could not see out of them. After this inspection, I called the detail shop to ask them what I paid $89 for. I was genuinely curious and not asking for a refund just some clarification. I got no answer so I called again the next morning leaving a message to get a return call. I never received a call back. I honestly feel that the were not going to have my van finished before the promised time so they concocted this maggots story to try to absolve themselves of any wrongdoing. I tried to take some pictures of the huge bug mess they claimed was grossing out their employees but they were so tiny and under the seat so they wouldn't show up in photos. read more

I had to take one of our company vehicles (a Ford F150) to get washed inside and out, and Mojo's was close, so I tried it out. Prices were fair, and Bryce, the guy at the front gate, was nice. But OMG the entrance to the bay could not have been more poorly planned out. After paying, you must go around a perilous turn at the top of a 100 foot hill. Then once you have made that sharp turn, you have to align your vehicle so it is in line with the rails to guide you through the carwash. Almost impossible for an extended cab pickup truck. So after having to get everyone behind me to back up, then back up the truck, it finally got lined up. The car wash itself was great. When I pulled up to the full service bay for them to clean the interior, I wasn't really sure what to do. A bunch of people came running up and drying the truck off. I didn't know if I was supposed to get out or what. Finally a guy asked me to leave the truck and wait inside. They did a good job, but failed to clean off the dash. Overall it was worth the money, but I don't think I'll take another large vehicle there again. read more

Ive been here many times to get my car washed and its OK. This morning I swung by and when the girl came out of the "welcome shed" I greeted HER. She didn't smile and barely responded. Same story with the guy washing my car and the ONE guy who dried it. When I got home I saw that my car it had dirt all over the trunk and front bumper. Argued with the manager until he finally fessed up and agreed to pay for repairs. Nightmare. The first time I brought my car in for a complete interior super clean detail they unfastened my child's 5 point harness car seat even though they told me that they could not for liability reasons before the detail and again while the attendant reviewed the detail job with me after it was completed (I did not want it removed anyways). After a few days of driving around, my husband noticed that both the rear tether and the latch system were unhooked. My child was restrained in her carseat that was unattached at all three points! My interior is black as is the carseat so it was hard to spot as well as she buckles herself independently. I immediately called the manager and he was obviously concerned and said he would review the video to see which technician did it. The did a pretty good job with the interior detail (vacumming, wiping down all interior surfaces). The second time the interior detail that cost me just under $80 was terrible. It looked okay when i left but once i got home and checked the back seat of my SUV...wow. I couldn't believe that they didn't move/remove my floor mats and there was still human hair and crumbs everywhere. My crappy wet/dry vac does a better job. I took photos and called a manager to complain. Bring it back and we will fix it. No "so sorry for your inconvenience. I brought it back and they fixed it (waited another 1 1/2). So it took two trips and 3-4 hour committment for my car to get pretty clean. NOT WORTH THE TIME OR MONEY!! Now looking for new car wash. read more
