Getting a time and date that could work for my schedule was easy as they make themselves available quickly and even offer weekend visits. The site visit was scheduled and they followed up with me a few hours before confirming that they'd arrive a few minutes early and to check if that was ok. Yes, not late- but EARLY. A pretty rare experience for any service provider. The actual testing was thorough and easy. From a visual inspection and moisture testing tool to the high-tech inspection tool that sees moisture and heat through walls all the way to the air sampling Tal was efficient and explanatory. He specifically sampled each area that we were concerned about and was done in about 25 minutes. I was told that lab results and analysis could take a few days and we were all set. In only two days I got the official report back and confirmed I understood the analysis with an email exchange with Tal. It was great to learn everything was completely safe and no abnormal mold was present! Overall NYMS was an excellent experience and highly recommended.
