I would not have purchased this property if it had been inspected by someone reputable. He refunded my inspection cost and offered me to his insurance that paid me around $800. I called again in the summertime - by now business owners had gotten back into the stride of doing their work again and real estate services were deemed an "essential service" - again, no response. I called again in the fall (August). Again no bother responding at all. Keep in mind this is his cell phone number. I don't recommend his company due to lack of customer service, incomplete work, bad work ethic and non response to customers.
