The area was missing a clothing shop with cool, trendy and affordable clothing and gifts. They offer womens's standard and missy sizes along with some kids clothes and accessories. There is a lot to choose from and the price range is affordable, most items are probably between $25-45. Despite what is happening with Covid this shop has taken off and adapted to the challenges we are all facing today. The shop is bright, clean and airy. Everyone inside is wearing a mask and there are contactless pickup and private shopping times available upon request. I personally love that there is a website so I can shop online and pickup in store. Since the boutique is small there are limited quantities of new merchandise. If you are really interested in trying something you can buy it right away online and then can plan a time for yourself to go in and try everything on. I have already made some awesome summer purchases that have a strong rotation in my closet. I ended up purchasing a book of unlikely animal relationships because I'm obsessed with that sort of thing. The cashier was kind to us and was knowledgeable about the stock. While Flicker is more of a New Age store than a Pagan store (we were there passing out flyers for Pagan Pride Day), it's still right up my alley. I'm an average height but have long legs for my height. Andy quickly realized this and that narrowed his recommendations down to bikes that would fit me specifically. He even recommended two models that he didn't sell. He just wanted me to get the right bike for me. After doing my research and test riding (even at his competitor's), I found the Argon bike was the best for me and bought it from Andy. He then got it all set up and did a final fitting with me too. He explained the little bit of maintenance I'd need to do as well. In the end, he spent several hours over 3 days with me and was amazing. I highly recommend him and this shop. He knows what he's talking about and works with you to find what's best for you.

There was zero attempt made to honor the given price or to reach some sort of compromise. We wasted 2+ hours. Either bait and switch or total incompetence.

I took my serger in to have it serviced. A bolt needed to be replaced. They called me two weeks…read moreafter I dropped it off and told me they needed to order a part and needed my permission. Then there was silence. For over two 1/2 months! I finally called to ask them what the status was and they put me on hold and eventually had to call me back because they couldn't find record of my serger. they called me back and said it was STILL being worked on. I waited another month and called again. I left numerous voicemails. None that were answered. When I finally got ahold of someone, they told me they didn't know how to check their voicemails and again they struggled to locate my serger. They finally called me to tell me it was ready but accidentally told me that it could be picked up in Lockport, when in fact, it was in Elma. Lastly, they told me that the entire MOTOR was replaced and not just a bolt. I had to pay for that. I should have just bought a new serger at that point. I dropped off the serger in late Sept, and finally got in back at the end of January! That's 4 months!!!!! They didn't even so much as apologize or acknowledge this terrible service, which I found terribly inconsiderate and rude.
