Well sorted and quality accessories make the difference between a run of the mill place like the ones in Buffalo that just overcharge for cheap goods, or a place that has premium quality goods and charges appropriate prices for their top quality merchandise and expert installation. Dont get me wrong, they will install that trash car stereo you got for $29 off Amazon, but they will tell you that they cannot warranty it. (Niether will PungChow Stereo inc) so in a month or 3 when your Amazon junk blows up and youre back again for another install, why didnt you just let them install one of their brand new, fully warranteed name brand stereos to begin with and save a ton of money??? Waited for close to an hour outside and no one came out to get us. This is not the place to go for window tinting. I had my 2016 truck tinted there and the quality was so bad that I had to return to get it fixed. The cut lines on the top edge of all the widows was really bad with double cuts and scratches on the tint. All four windows had debris and bubbles in them. In the end after wasting two of my days and figuring out rides there and back I had to call them to find out the status or my repair job. They had to just tear all the tint off and refund my money. General reason was the guy that tints is past his prime and the first job was about all the quality I was getting. I can't speak for anything else this place does but I won't go back. read more

So a little story for y'all.. today I took my suv in to ATM Restyle down here in Hamburg because I had no sound coming out of my front passenger side door panel (the wire became disconnected due to corrosion) I took my vehicle there for the sane reason on the opposite side a few months back so I was familiar with the problem. So I thought to myself this might be a good time to investigate upgrading my speakers to something better and told them give me some options before fixing the problem... I get a call about an hour later saying "Your trucks all done, the speakers you already have in there are better than anything we can sell you, so it would be a downgrade" .. honesty goes a loooooong way with me and they just got a customer for life. I'm almost positive they put a dent in my tailgate when installing a tonneau cover. I didn't notice it for a few day. Looking back when they were done she backed it into the parking spot she handed me the keys and was quick to get me out of there. Called about getting fog lights put into my car, and they said that I would need to drive up to their shop for the them to look at it in person even though I know you could find the dimensions for the filler plates online. So I went up there talked to some guy and he came out and measured my filler plates and told him what I was looking for and gave him all my info and he said that he would look around and call me in a day or so. After a week and a half of not getting a call back, I call them and a girl answers and I explain the situation to her and she says that he forgot to write the dimensions down! Are you kidding me?! And I asked her why they didn't call me after like a day of realizing this and she said that the guy got busy. Apparently too busy for my business. read more

Do not go here expecting customer service....horrible! The woman working there set-up my appointment(made in person) for my truck for visor tinting. When I arrived there after rushing home from work never actually penciled me in and the tint guy had left for the day....had to return a week later. After job was done, I noticed bubbling and asked to fix....."said it will go away". After coming home from a ten day summer vacation defects were still there stopped in to point out and they took my info. and said they'd let me know when the tint guy was coming in. I waited over three weeks, I called and was given the option to contact the tinter directly since they couldn't fit me in to there schedule. Not once was I offered a partial refund or any compensation for driving back and forth, phone calls ect.! read more

I had some specialty upholstery work done a year ago which was excellent but decided to write this after they installed leather seat covers on my F150 truck. The work was done quickly, professionally and reasonably. They asked all the right questions and knew about seat airbags who operation may be influenced by the covers. Sarah, Damien and the rest in the shop are great. I have plans of taking my boat there for a recarpeting and reupholstering job estimate in the spring. Would highly recommend this group. read more

DON'T GO TO ATM RESTYLE ON CAMP RD IN HAMBURG!!! I was very excited to get my remote starter for my Christmas present from my husband this year. Today I took a day off work and we dropped my car off at 10:30 for my 11am appointment. The receptionist told us it would be about 3 hours for installation. We came back at 2:30 and it wasn't even looked at! The receptionist said they could start it at that point but I couldn't wait. I was told they do the people who wait for their cars first. I guess my appointment really didn't matter! I guess my time doesn't matter to them! I guess an apology from the smug receptionist is not in their training! Since when do businesses put people with appointments on the back burner for people that came in after them. Maybe it's for the better in case something went wrong with their work and I had to deal with trying to get it fixed. I recommend that you take your business elsewhere since they can't even keep an appointment. read more

I used to take my car interior work to a long time guy in the business. When he retired, I took a shot with ATM. Took a 67 mustang to have carpet installed.. GREAT job.. The guys in the shop were great and they turned the car around in 2 days.. Just finished a 70 torino GT and will be taking it there for carpet and a headliner installation.. Brought in a small cushion to get recovered with vinyl 14 x 30 I supplied new foam and board ask to have a flat seat replicated was told a couple days and 80 dollars but was willing to pay a high price for a professional job.Unfortunateiy I got a seat that looked nothing like the original one i gave them .Crooked stiching and a folded over seam put in the middle, had to ask for a discount paid $65. When picking it up the woman that did it was bragging about getting wasted that weekend to other customer very unprofessional and quality is awful will NOT be a repeat customer. read more
