However they have the previous owner, John Blose, still kept on (briefly I assume) as a General Manager. This company had replaced my roof over a decade ago and they came referred from liberty mutual. I liked their work. They were professional. They were responsive. All of that has gone away now. Squirrels chewed through a corner of my roof shingles and it rained in the house and there is a little patch of black mold. The mold square is about the size of a dinner plate. The estimates I've recieved on that from other companies have been wild. $35,000 to $50,000. They all want to go through my insurance. So I called Paul Davis and showed John Blose a picture and I'm guessing the new owner only does huge jobs now because John said he would have one of his sub contractors call me. All I need is someone who can open up the wall, so I can see if it's spread and take out that portion and redo that square of wall. John Blose forgot to have a subcontractor call me. I called again a week later and he sent me in house to someone on their team. The person offered to come out and never showed. So yeah.. I'm done. Also, when I told them I would be paying for the job out of pocket the man sounded like he immediately lost interest. All these folks want are insurance jobs I believe.

Marti quickly and kindly scheduled a consult to assess my needs, and she provided me with an estimate, a scope of work and an approximate schedule of when everything would be complete. Of course, my mom and my uncle were assisting me in the design and planning of this project so they had additional questions and I ended up emailing Marti at least three times with additional questions. Marti fully answered all my questions and overall was incredibly available, helpful, and informative upon any issue or question that I had. And she was very patient! When work began, Sean came out with a crew to install the Gate and to remove the old one. All of the people working for the company at my house were so nice and worked quite efficiently. They cleaned up after themselves and they did a wonderful job. I was really amazed with the results. Not only did they show me how the Gate would work, They helped me set up the app on my phone and they made sure that I had an extra remote before they left. This is my first experience with a gate installation and I really can't tell you how emphatically I endorse them. they were amazing to work with. if you have a gate issue or need a new gate, you MUST reach out to Automatic Gates. They did the most fantastic work at my house. This is a damn company that should have no stars unless you give them a star for breathing. Seth Hersberger, atcame out January 20 to sell us a heating and cooling system, he sold us a Rheem but they brought us a Ruud and swore up and down that it's the same system and like an idiot I believed him. This was the same day that they brought the unit and a crew to install the system and I should have known there was something wrong, approximately 10 man crew was here for the installation. All day and they couldn't finish the job and my family and myself was left in 9 degree weather overnight another crew member came the next day, he wasn't part of the 5 man crew that was in the attic, he told me that the heating system had a defective part that had to be replaced, when the part came back the crew in the attic still couldn't install it and got in a big hurry to go to Home Depot for another part and broke a water line that runs to our Den restroom and flooded the restroom. I was sick of these clowns and wanted them off my property before things got really ugly.AirServe sent a crew to our house for training, they sent 2 others to replace that 5 man crew in the attic, they appeared to be more experienced, but we had 10 more service calls to fix this 10 stooges melee and it still wasn't complete. Approximately 2 months it got warm and the air conditioner was not working we were told that there must be a leak by 4 different technicians from Aire Serv with no proof that there was a leak. I wish these people would go out of business and I'm getting angrier again as I write this, all buyers beware.
