We've always had a great experience using Kaiser Heat and Air. recently we had an old HVAC on the fritz, meaning, I had to literally kick it to make it start the compressor. granted the unit was 25 years old. they quoted me a great price to replace the entire hvac and heating system since they were both original equipment. They came in within three days which was ok since mine was still working. same day, my unit was replaced, my house was back in order with a digital programmable thermostat that I can control by my phone. we got a 5 Ton Reem warranty for 10 years. When we finally turned our air conditioning on this month, there was a strong foul odor coming out of the vents. We let it run for several hours, and it just kept getting worse. We called Kiser Air Conditioning and they came out and cleaned our evaporator coil at no charge. They had put our system in a couple of years ago. I offered to pay for the service, but they said, since I just replace the unit a couple of years ago, they wanted to take care of me as a customer. They are now doing water heaters, light electrical and will soon be doing plumbing within the next year or so. They've got my business all around.
