We discussed the service and she quoted me a first time cost of close to $400, with a every 3 week cleaning at $180 per visit. she scheduled me for that Friday with a time window of 8am to 12pm and they would text/call me when they were on their way. told her I needed a 15 min heads up to get home and put the kitties up. Called their office at 1pm on Friday, no one available to take my call. Called the scheduler, and sat on the phone for over 5 min with no conversation waiting for her to figure out what was going on. She asked if I was available right then or wanted to reschedule. Needless to say, told her no to both. I believe this business is part of the Neighborly Group and they seem to rely heavily on automation which is lethal in a 100% service business. Hire someone to answer the phone and talk to customers.
