My wife and I were already customers but had to take a hiatus when COVID broke out. However, as soon as we were fully inoculated, I wanted to resume my appointments. After almost a year-and-a-half, we had to schedule one of the long, deep cleaning sessions. Am I ever glad that we did! When the ladies of Team #2 arrived, we recognized each other (having them as a favored Team from before) which also simplified the process. For 4.5 hours, Pat and Elena proceeded to clean the entire house (including a specific request that I'd asked for with the windows). Not only did they fulfill the request but they went ABOVE and BEYOND, cleaning the ceilings, the doors, the fans, & dusting EVERYTHING. They even artfully arranged the books on our bookshelves, making our library look better than it ever has! I absolutely canNOT recommend the woman of Team #2--Pat & Elena--from Molly Maid enough! They were consummate professionals, thorough with their work, and incredibly pleasant to work with. We had our house cleaned by Molly maids after two years of me recovering from three surgeries. We really needed the house cleaned. It was in bad shape! We had team number five do our house. They did an extraordinary job! We can't recommend them enough. They brought all their own supplies all their own equipment. They did it in half a day for a very reasonable price. The ladies took only one quick break and worked so hard I felt bad. I was very impressed by their hard work and dedication. The lady that came out and did our walk-through was very professional very knowledgeable. They stuck to the time that they gave us. They showed up promptly dressed, well, very professional. Everything was done as they said it would be, the service was very surprising, considering the way these are done nowadays. I highly recommend this business. As a Mother's Day gift, my husband hired these ladies, to clean our home for Mother's Day, as well as for my graduation party. The team that serviced our home was Team #7- Leo, Tere, and Isabel. This was our first time using there service, and came highly recommended. I was astonished at how clean they got our bathrooms, our floor boards, wall panels, living room furniture.... and my favorite, our refrigerator. My fridge almost looked brand new after the work they had done. I wanted my guests to feel safe in a very clean environment and they certainly did. Team #7( Leo and Isabel) of the Victorville office are fantastic workers. They have serviced my home for a few years, and they clean my house on a monthly basis. Leo and Isabel arrive to my home timely and are eager to start working. It is always a plus when you have those around you working who are respectful, professional, friendly, and display a positive attitude. Horrible service! I sent them to clean my aunts 700 sq ft apt. They ask my aunt what her cleaning priories. My aunt specifically listed what she needed done first. They ignored her request and left without finishing the job. When I called to complain, the office manager said I would HAVE TO PAY for another visit. These girls spent 40 mins cleaning a clean bedroom! When my aunt told them they needed to start on the kitchen they said "We always start in the back and work forward ". Totally disregarding my aunts wishes. Do not use this service! They don't do the job for which they are being paid. DO NOT USE THEM!!! read more

Team 7 Leo and Isabel have been cleaning my house for several years and do a wonderful job. I come home and all the corners are dust free and sparkling. The house smells clean. Bathrooms and kitchen are simply clean. I have a large house and they manage to get the whole thing done. They are polite, friendly and dependable. Molly maid is a bit expensive but worth it. I wish I could afford weekly cleaning! As it is once a month I get a weekend off from cleaning. Reliable, professional, and most important good at what they do. I have tried other cheaper services but was always disappointed. read more

Team #3, Arasely and Teresa, were excellent. They arrived on time and were very thorough in cleaning my elderly father's home. They were also very respectful of my father, and friendly and courteous to both of us. This is the third time I've used Molly Maid of the High Desert to deep clean my father's home and they always exceed my expectations. We had a "deep clean" on November 7, 2025. Teresa and Lorena (Team #5) were prompt, courteous, diligent in their tasks, asking us to review their work. Having never had a professional cleaning service, we were pleasantly surprised and these ladies dusted everything from top to bottom, even attempting to resurrect our baseboards!! I love Molly Maid. My 2 girls don't miss anything. They even wipe all around the door frames. They use white gloves to check over the door frames before they leave. If you want something special done, just tell them once. It'll be done every time. They change my beds every time they come, fix my bath towels attractively..... to me, that is so nice, and special. These people charge a lot but do very little. They were sent to my neighbor's little apartment as a gift and they charged $160.00 for two hours. Most the time they wasted vacuuming a small clean bedroom even after they were told to start in the kitchen. They left with out finishing the things that needed cleaning. After her niece complained, she was told she would have to pay another $160.00 to finish the job. DONT USE THIS SERVICE !!! THEYLL RIPP YOU OFF!!!!!!! read more

Team 6, Miss Gloria & Ms. Esther arrived in the time period given. I booked them for a One Time 4 hour Cleaning. They wore masks for safety, and spent those hours dusting, scrubbing, vacuuming & mopping every floor, sink, rug, blinds, etc. Dust in the high desert is a problem but they were very thorough. The owner is a nasty money hungry jerk. Her cleaners were sent to a friends house for $160.00. They didn't clean what they were sent to clean cuz they started with all the easy stuff. To add insult to injury the manager said if we wanted to have the rest cleaned. She'd have to buy more time. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!! read more
