I recently bought a house in Victorville, CA. And needed the carpet to be cleaned terribly. After looking around and doing some research, I decided to go with 3D carpet cleaning. The reviews on here were fantastic so honestly, what could go wrong? They came and cleaned our carpet and it was relatively quick. When it was first done, the carpet looked good. However, within a week or so, the old stains and dirty areas started showing up again. It looked like the carpet was never steamed/cleaned at all. I have attached one photos as well. I decided to reach out to them and sent them the photos. Let me just start off by saying that trying to get a hold of them was nearly impossible! They said they could come out and get it cleaned again. Great! I tried to schedule a time when they could come but once again no answer. I called and left messages. I texted. They finally got back to me saying that they were dealing with system issues. Then they said their kid was sick and that they would reach out to me the following week about coming out. NO SHOW. NO CALLS/TEXTS. While I understand that times are rough these days considering all that is going on. Regardless, as a business that is completely unprofessional on every level. If you don't have the time or the mindset to do your job correctly or the capability to fix it - don't insist that you would. Honest and on point with out beating around the bush services. We had dirty tile floors mainly on the grout line , this was , not knowing why they're not coming off with regular scrub and mopping . The person cleaning out tile grabbed my attention and told me that this is due to unknown sealant may be put on by previous owner and instead of just doing the cleaning and charging me . I was given the option to reconsider since the sealant were not coming off. My stairs were soooooo dirty and 3d carpet got them pretty clean. My husband is still in disbelief how clean they got our stairs.

Unfortunately we had a scheduled appointment this morning between 8-9 and David was a no call no show. After several attempts at trying to get ahold of him to make sure we were still a go or if we needed to reschedule we heard absolutely nothing. Honestly many of the reviews were positive and that was a main reason for us calling. However, being that no work was actually done we can't really say that the work they do is bad or good. The two stars is because of the No call no show and leaving our house in disarray after having moved all of the furniture to accommodate the cleaning. However, we found another carpet care service who actually apologized on behalf of the negligence of 3-D that has taken care of us and our needs. Had one of my technicians been scheduled to go out on a call and no call no show they would have been reprimanded if not terminated. It's basically a crap shoot because the next person who reviews 3-D may have a completely different experience. Best of luck to both David and anyone who uses 3-D. read more

Received a quote over the phone and decided to set an appointment to have our carpet cleaned. David was friendly, personable and informative. Our carpet is less than 18months old, but we had 2 large black footprints right smack in the middle of the living room. Since we don't have much carpet in our house, we decided to include our 4 piece furniture set and an area rug, since 3D was already making the trip to our house. David and his crew showed up as scheduled, and informed us (via text) that they were on their way. They were professional, got the job done and all is great! Definitely recommend this company.
