They assured me that it would be finished within 1-2 hours. I showed up an hour later as they were just finishing up. One of the associates was letting me know some of the features as the tech took it for a quick spin post build. They did not upsell me on accessories that I may or may not need, they helped me pick out a helmet and gave me some tips for my new bike, as well as offered me two free tune ups as a new customer. I was immediately greeted when I entered and informed about the current sales which included 75% off of handbags, 30% off of coats and other items. The pricing is more than a goodwill type of thrift store but on par with a consignment store. I was actually very tempted by a couple of coats but knew I wouldn't be able to get them in my luggage. Maybe they'll be there when I return in a couple of weeks. All of the items were fairly priced and in good condition.
