She helped me manage anxiety through a…read moremulti-disciplined approach and did a thorough assessment of past history with anxiety and family/lifestyle factors. She coached me on how I could adjust thought patterns, encouraged me to consider other ways to view or approach situations by asking questions, and introduced me to various calming techniques. She also helped me to find a low-dose anxiety medication that works well for me, even though I was initially apprehensive about trying it. I would highly recommend working with Regina, as she is very understanding, responsive, compassionate, and easy to talk to. It's apparent that she truly cares about her patients' well-being.

I will never go back! The care provided was awesome in my first appt with Zimmer. My second…read moreappointment with her only a few weeks later was terrible! She sent in a trainee to give me a new medication that I was very hesitant to accept from someone who didn't even read my medical history to know that would not be the safest medication for someone with one kidney. Zimmer didn't even step in the room to see me or discuss the new medication. I tried to pay the co-pay when I got to the appointment but they declined. I rec'd a bill and paid my bill via mail, using and FSA debit card, and when I was charged for more than the bill indicated, or that I signed for, I called to ask for the corrected documentation. The accounts person was so combative I finally had to end the call with no resolution. Right from the start she was unwilling to listen to the problem and work with me to find a resolution. All I needed was a new invoice with the amount they charged my card to send in for the FSA, it's a legal requirement (thanks gov't). The person said that's not possible b/c they don't do any of their own invoicing. They don't even process their own credit cards, they are completed by a third party! When I explained that I didn't sign the invoice/bill statement to be charged a different amount (isn't this somehow against the law?) she just yelled and continued to repeat herself that I didn't understand. WOW! Don't think I have ever had such a horrible experience with someone who is supposed to be in a service role, ever. Should have listened to my gut from the first call when trying to set an appointment, b/c that person was also very curt and devoid of human kindness, and chosen another practice. In summary, find a practice with their act together. Your medical care is too important to be entrusted to a badly managed practice, with hostile employees.

On Feburary 20, 2024 Carlo Orozco NP terminated the provider/client agreement abruptly when I was…read more1300 miles from home and without any ability to reestablish 2 medications, 1 Vyvanse 60 mg for ADHD (not critical), the second was Armodafinil 150 mg (very critical) for sudden episodes of sleepiness experienced intermitently. What I have reported is factual backed by documents Carlo sent me which did nor specify any clear reason for his abandoning my care nor was there any reasonable referrals given where there would be no interruption with my medication regimine. It took until just today Aug. 24, 2024 (6 months later) to get reestablished on a regular regimine of Armodafinil 150 mg that the current prescribing Dr. described as the only other means to combat these "sleep attacks" safely when taking a nap is not an option. Riding my big BMW K 1600 Touring motorcycle the last several thousand miles was met with many unnecessary challenges and risks as I traveled home from Joshua Tree National Park (my place of temporary residence as a 1st year "snow bird") back to N Idaho arriving on June 17, 2024. Soon Carlo will be giving an account for his actions and behavior while I was under his care those last 3 months of the 17 total. It was great care until it wasn't. I am looking forward to hearing his explanation for abandoning my care. Maybe it was legitimate, for sure it was never explained to me in an intelligible, understandable and respectful manner. Simply stated, when the care was good, it was second to none, when it was not good it was the worst I had ever received. The Pharmacy records back what I have reported. The facts are just that facts, objective and easily provable.
