When I mentioned to my mother that we can combine our purchase to take advantage of the promo if she wasn't seeing another piece of clothing to purchase. I was debating on something to purchase. The cashier snapped off at us. She told us that we are not allowed to combine our purchase. It would have been one transaction. We would have figured it out later. Instead of continuing to look around for additional purchases, we left with only item each. They lost additional sales that day plus the future. There are so many other nice women's clothing shops to purchase from.

The owner was working when we were there and she criticized Terri in front of eveyone. First thing she admonished her for was the way she was bagging our purchases. Next was the way she was folding our clothes. Never, never "scold" an associate or team member in front of people (customers, etc.). She was very unprofessional and rude. Frankly we don't understand why Terri works there with her. We felt so sorry fpr Terri. Again, Terri knows her stuff and was fun to work with. The owner...maybe she needed to stay home. I was given a list of scrubs that I could order with my work allotment and wanted to try some on because they are all cut and fit differently. Eunice took the time to look at the product numbers I was given, and to pull those scrubs off the rack for me to be able try them on. I was easily there for 2 hours, and she was just phenomenal. Kind, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable about their products. Her husband Trey answered all of my questions about embroidery services that they offer as well. I went to a scrub place in Port Charlotte, and another in Sarasota before I wound up here with someone that was willing to help me. They have my business going forward! I learned it is store credit only within 14 days. I live across the country. My mother did not want the credit from this store. This is their rationale: 1. "It's on the receipt." So, you buy something, they give you a receipt after the fact, and, if you happen to read it after the purchase is done, you learn their return policy. 2. "If you asked, we would have told you." How this could be the shopper's burden is puzzling. 3. "We are a mom and pop store." They own 3 shops on expensive Saint Armand's Circle, so that is also an odd statement. If you want a store with a real return policy, please beware.
