Walking in, it feels like a non-resale store, it feels more like a store selling new clothes because most items are in excellent condition. On Saturdays, it's packed. It's hard to be able to look at every booth. The line for the dressing rooms is so long. Today, I waited over 40 minutes for the fitting room because multiple people (family or friends) share them. They left them insanely messy as well.
