We were greeted by three employees and fitted by a very kind and professional sales lady. It all went down hill when it was time to try on the Bra's. My 14 year old daughter had been handed an $80 bra. I explained to the dressing room attendant that we did not want that one, and we went to find more affordable styles. I took her back to the dressing room with 5 styles of bras because she needed multiple. The attendant was very rude and said that I didn't know what I was doing, I messed up the bra display and had managed to get the wrong size of bras. She left us both standing there looking stupid while she took off to find the right sizes. She came back with the freaking $80 bra! Then admittedly she said " I did actually have the right sizes" but she put them back & the $80 bra was "the best option" We very, very annoyed and promptly left. I grabbed her one $40 bra on the way to the register and even managed to get the correct size by ourselves !! We went directly to the register without trying it on. Luckily it worked and she loves it. What an actual joke, I was waiting to be punked or something. So very disappointing for my daughters first trip to VS.

Well with a return policy of 2 days and a mistake on the gender of the baby I am now stuck with a gift that won't work for a baby boy and the clerk did check with her manager to see if I could get even store credit and the answer was NO. A 2 day return policy is quite ridiculous and I would rather spend my money elsewhere where being a loyal customer means something. All tags were still attached never even taken out of the gift box. The boutique items are cute for my teenagers but I can find super cute stuff for myself too. The dressing rooms are getting a makeover right now and they are so nice. Big enough to actually change your clothes in. Price point is super comparable if not cheaper than some of the other boutiques in the mall. This week their clearance is 50% off. Can't beat a good sale especially with a ton of sweaters to choose from.

Each dress style I've tried fits differently so, that's the chance you take when ordering online, right? Well, here's the fine print... NO REFUNDS! And, every dress is minimum $100. I started with a 1X and it was too big. Went down to XXL; that one fit and was kept. $183 (see photo) I still have several hundred dollars of credit and will have to keep ordering until the next one is cute on my body. Oh! And thirdly, you have to PAY $12 each time you ship a return. I'm about to order my 6th replacement... wish me luck. Inside, it is small; featuring a limited selection of women's clothing, including intimates like panties and bralettes, along with a few accessories, mostly jewelry. All pretty basic, and nothing terrifically exciting. The majority of items are their own brand. Prices are relatively cheap, with corresponding product quality. As I entered, I noticed the employee at the front desk playing on his phone. He glanced up to greet me, and then got right back to business. Now, even if he had been friendlier and more available I still would not have made a purchase (this store just is not my style), and he was not rude, but....I don't know. Make some sort of effort.
