jasmine has given me the most from any accountant i've worked with, not just w/ her super skills on getting back the maximinum on returns (which she does every single time), but way beyond that! she never just answers an email, there's an entire conversation about our lives, our thoughts, whatever we want to chat about at the time (if you're into that! if not, she'll happily give you just the facts/whatever you're asking about and that's it). she has given me encouragement to do my own thing, let me vent when i've needed to, and elevated my joyous times w/ her cheers from the other end. for my taxes, she has done research to get back every single dollar possible, for my life she has asked questions and given her opinion when needed, and for my stress, she has provided every possible security aspect i can think of. if i'm not comfortable with something, she comes up w/ a different way to make it happen. when i have questions, she answers and explains each thing. and when i email her in tears over the unfairness of the world, she seamlessly goes back and forth between an empathetic ear, and a supportive friend. i'm very grateful to have her behind my (barely functionining) finances, and even more so for having her in my life! read more

Jasmine is absolutely wonderful. I knew my taxes for 2018 would be complicated. I worked in two different states and had multiple tax forms (working as an employee and an independent contractor, multiple jobs, etc), 1099s and W2. I had all sorts of deductions to claim, but I had no idea how. In one phone call with Jasmine, I felt like I had learned more about taxes than I have known in my whole life. She made me feel totally comfortable and confident. It never seemed like I was just another customer or client to her, she genuinely cares about getting you the best tax results possible and works hard to achieve this. I didnt do my taxes for the last 3 years because of child support reasons so forth and so forth. Sure enough she got it done without me stressing about it.
