It starts with fresh bread dough... I mean really, really fresh... the lady brought out the flour and started making the dough, amazing! The dough is shaped into pizza-like circles and pan fried golden brown. While that's happening, they prepare and fry up two huge pork schnitzels. When everything is ready, they assemble this massive sandwich topped with their lesco sauce, cheese and sauerkraut. They have other toppings if you want a more traditional schnitzel sandwich.
