Session lasted for a few minutes, and half of that was spent changing broken equipment. We tried doing another session, but were told it would be a while, and the guy skated off again. My son left in tears after that, and we'll never be back. Not that it's really the fault of the business, but there were kids throwing bouncy balls on the skating rink and chasing after them without skates on, and they were allowed to continue. At any other indoor play place I've seen, support beams are wrapped with pads so that if a child hits one he will not be seriously injured like my son was. To make matters worse, I found out later that my child was not the first to get hurt this way. I sincerely hope something will be done about this hazard. In the meantime, I will not be going back. And I plan to caution everyone I can about the dangers posed by the unwrapped beams. I'd much rather pay to play at Jump or another trampoline place where everything is padded and safe.

The only complaint is the pillows were flat and lifeless. Add a few good pillows to the room and this is easily 5-Star all the way. The staff here was absolutely amazing. Check-in was good, even with a computer switch to a new system that day. Breakfast was good and the attendants were friendly and wiping down tables and keeping everything full and tidy. The cleaning guy was absolutely killing it. I wish I got his name, but he was friendly and he was cleaning floors, emptying trash, and even shining the stainless steel inside the elevators. Keep it up, and thanks for the tip on keeping my stainless at home shiny! If I'm ever in Roanoke, VA again, this will be my first choice to stay again. And I hope they have better pillows next time.
