We had just bought a Ferndale turkey for Thanksgiving and it didn't seem like prices had doubled at that time. Love the product, disappointed that it's now cost-prohibitive. We traveled from River Falls, WI to buy from them and now we can no longer afford it.

It has all sorts of things in there that are unique and you won't see available at the regular places. The other thing is that the prices are decent and the quality is good. From cheeses, snacks to other meats and more. But what I'm writing about are the Chef Martin Käsekrainer Brats that they carry. A tasting was happening and I was blown away so I bought myself a package and just had them last night. Think cheese brats but made with an Austrian knowledge and swiss cheese vs cheddar. Wow! So good. So there it is. If you see Chef Martin brand brats, you should definitely try them. #chefmartinsausage #eatbettersausage

The old lady immediately ran to the store manager and told her that I was murdering her by not wearing a little piece of cloth over my face. The manager approached me and asked me if I could put on a mask or if she could get me one. I told he I could not wear one due to my asthma. She nodded and said "That's totally fine, sir. Have a fantastic day and let me know if anyone gives you any more trouble!" The boomer left the store screaming that she was going to die and I finished my shopping while breathing freely.

I am so happy to be living within walking distance of a Trader Joe's. Especially in the current…read moreeconomy... it seems that Trader Joe's prices haven't gone up much while other groceries jack up their prices higher and higher... I used to think of Trader Joe's as a more upper-middle class grocer, but not anymore. Everything (with the exception of meat and milk) is very affordable. That said, their shopping experience remains the same high-quality, enjoyable experience, with aisles of yummy options to browse, especially with the rotating seasonal options and new offerings. I've been here several times since moving to Eagan, and I've always encountered friendly employees. The checkout always moves quickly and efficiently. I also love grabbing some free stickers and coloring pages on my way out; it's like a little dopamine burst for my inner child! There are restrooms available to shoppers. They are gender-neutral, which is awesome for a trans guy like me. The bathroom walls are decorated with fun paintings much like the rest of the inside. They are also spacious and clean. Occasionally I have spotted a local food truck parked nearby, serving unique offerings. Once I got to snag some apple cider donuts that way, hehe. The only thing that's a negative about this place is that the parking lot (shared with the movie theatre) is smallish and has a weird layout, so navigating that can be quite challenging. Thankfully I usually walk! But even so, I have to watch out crossing because the cars aren't paying attention to pedestrians!

I never really go to Trader Joe's with a list or plan, I kind of just browse to see what they have and grab whatever- usually snacks. Sometimes I hate that I find unique snacks and end up liking/loving them, then they don't carry it anymore but that's not this particular locations fault. This store was very neat. Layout seemed backwards compared to the Bloomington location but it's not a huge store so it's easy to look down every aisle. I love that you can buy single cans of sparking water/drinks here. Staff were super friendly at the checkout.

This WF is not my local, but when I am in Southdale on a weekend and need to knock off some…read moreshopping, I will go here. Parking is a bit tough at times - the parking situation could be better, but I nit-pick. The store itself seems bigger than the Minneapolis locations. The selection and inventory seems to be a bit better, too. Sometimes, I have to go on certain days to other WF stores if I want certain things, but this one seems well stocked. Not night and day, but some difference. Produce is usually solid and meat department is, too. The dry goods selection is particularly good here. We are able to shop and get all the things we need, even if it is a slightly longer drive.
