I was told it would be 1 month from the instruction class time until the kids go their driving lessons-4 months later, they were finally scheduled to learn how to drive. The only reason I gave them 3 stars is because the actually driving instructor Marcelle is amazing. He was very patient with my kids and is overall, an awesome person. Not only do they NEVER answer phone, text, voicemails, but you can never find someone in the office. I've been trying to get my daughter's completed paperwork for over 3 weeks and still can't get anyone. The two men who are the driving instructors are great, but the business owner needs to learn how to run a business. Very unprofessional in the treatment of her clients after you give up $$$: to make matters worst, the neighborhood is ghetto. I witnessed a gang shooting while waiting for my son's driving lessons. Location is terrible. I wouldn't recommend this business.
