I was thoroughly impressed with the clockwork operation of this establishment is! Everything is extremely organized. I was able to register my daughter via their website and on the first day check-in was smooth sailing. The check-in process was a breeze for they had excellent signage at their table and we were immediately given instruction on where to stand to meet the instructor. There were photos of the instructors along with their names along the walls, so that was our meeting station each day. It just so happened that my daughter was super excited to start lessons because she had plenty of exposure to the water already. The instructors were prompt in collecting their pupils and on the first day, after the instructors had brought the kids to the pool, the Master Swim Instructor (who is amazing by the way - Nan) gave the parents a briefing of what was gonna go down for the 2 weeks. Not only did she give us the warm and fuzzy feeling that our kids were in great hands, but also laid down the law. So, for anyone considering places for swim instruction, please come here. My daughter did group lessons and they were perfect. She was excited to return each day! Crawfish Aquatics came recommended by many and provided some of the best instruction I have ever seen.

All three are becoming stronger swimmers after each practice. They also offer a competition of sorts. The kids swim with each other but really compete a lag instead their self and not the other kids. That is, there is more focus on each individual's time and progress against their own time. Now, that being said, I do expect some competition among the kids and actually hope to see some of it as they all get better.

Oh and our two girls (8 and 5 years old) attended summer camp here for two weeks. The Yelp event gave us a taste of all that they offer. Fun exercise classes, aerial silks, ninja warrior courses, a huge gym for gymnasts and whoever, etc. The building isn't brand new but seems to be on the newer side as it was fairly clean (for a gym) and seemed to be in good condition (per my limited knowledge and observations lol). The staff is very enthusiastic and helpful. I might add that they are super fit, but I guess you would expect that in a gym anyway. They seem to definitely live by the philosophy of being healthy and taking care of your body. But enough of that... My two daughters' reviews were closer to 4/5 stars, but that's more due to their expected "water days" being rained out with the unexpected summer tropical storm. I wouldn't necessarily say this is a camp where they'll learn a lot, but it does promote a healthy body and exercise being a necessary step to achieving that. My 5 year old claimed to be watching a lot of movies, but I took that with a grain of salt. She's 5 of course, so I'm not always sure if she's just exaggerating and I get that her class was younger aged and probably needed more rest time. And of course the no water days could have led to more movie time. No worries though as she certainly wasn't complaining. They also offer a Friday night kids' night out that we plan to try soon. My girls are excited for this and so am I as I hope to be a fly on the wall. That's because I wanna go back myself. My husband's party was a blast. We chose to pay for the Knockerball party, and can you say, "hilarious?!" And a bit painful. Kind of like a bubble-wrapped car wreck Overall so much fun for those who participated and for those who watched. My dad posted a video of 4 of us going at it for 4 minutes, and my cousin commented, "this has to be the best video on the internet right now." So long story short, definitely go here. Check it out. Support local. Plan a party here. Birthday, work team building, anything. If the party will include adults, pay extra for the Knockerballs. You won't regret it and will have some great memories. And soreness and possibly bruises, but those will fade faster than your hilarious memories. ;-)

Everything is disgusting, not just the pool. Any other gym's upkeep is 10x better. It's sad. And do not leave anything here!!!! Forget lost and found. The staff throws it in the trash, like all my swimmer's shampoo/conditioner/body wash, swimsuit, expensive shoes... Yeah, these people are something. Highly recommend you go anywhere but here. I've finally decided it's worth it to travel 30 minutes out of my way instead just to avoid going here.

I would also like to say a few words about Mom's Driving Academy…read more When setting up a drivers ed class for our son, the very first page reads that a $200.00 deposit is required to hold his spot. It then gives you the link to make payment which we did. It doesn't say that it is a nonrefundable deposit. To their defense is buried on another page in the fine print.   Also no where in the information does it read that your child will be required at all times to be behind a mask. Parents are also required to mask up during a manditory meeting. You don't find that out until you've paid your nonrefundable $200.00. We are not believers in a masks ability to protect from viruses. Through out all of this, I have not once put one on and went about life as always. If one feels protected then they have the right and privilege to wear it. But to require my son to obstruct his oxygen while nervous and operating a vehicle for the first time is cruel in my opinion. If the ridiculous  mandate was still in place by the governor then we would have simply waited, but it has been lifted. We were pleased to find an opening at Between The Lines in Watson. They are $200.00 cheaper than Mom's, they state on the first page that the deposit is nonrefundable and they do not make kids play Covid games. They were also kind and courteous on the phone. I cannot say that about Mom's.

Mom's Driving Academy may be excellent behind the wheel, but rudeness and arrogance are never accepted, so she can keep her $200 but certainly won't get the rest of my hard earned money.
