During dealings with an un-named branch of an un-named municipality I ran into several "Paperwork Requirement" problems. I contacted Bohannon again, (even though their job had long been completed), and spoke with Tracy who requested I forward the e-mail from said municipality. In just 58 minutes I got a call back. Without my knowledge or coercion, the owner of the company, Jimmy Bohannon took it upon himself to speak directly to the city regarding my case. I don't know the exact details but he basically had to educate them on what exactly was, and more importantly was not required. He then took the time to walk me through the legal, county, and city steps I need to follow to complete my project.
