Holy MOM I was in heaven!!! The equivalent to Whole Foods I'd say- only they may slightly have better sales prices and short to no lines. Very organized and open layout, easy to navigate the aisles and staff were friendly. First time visiting the place, left with vitamins for my little one and I, chlorophyll pills, and a leave in conditioner.

I simply adore MOM's. I appreciate the fact that this is a family owned company committed to delivering high quality, GMO free, organic products to consumers. When I first took a look at their produce section I thought it was attractive, but limited. However, all of the produce is certified organic and they even have a sign posted explaining their choice to deliver smaller quantities to ensure optimal freshness. Their raw food section is interesting, they sell Ezekiel 4:9 bread, Cava Mezze products, grab & go salads, and handcrafted natural bath salts. There are things you can't buy at MOM's like bottled water, but it's all good. There is equal importance placed on the preserving Mother Earth (broad based recycling program, supporting green businesses, aggressive measures to reduce waste, etc.). MOM's encourages you to bring your own containers for the bulk grains, nuts, and seeds. They also support Fair Trade which involves building respectful relationships with partners who promise to pay fair living wages, have environmentally sustainable practices, and public accountability. If all of that isn't enough, an employee carries my groceries to the car! Win/Win!

Our son has an intolerance to both dairy and soy. This is one of the best grocery stores to accommodate his needs. It is a bit expensive and located in a hectic location. The parking lot is always very busy, but once inside it is relaxed. Our son loves the food and beverage samples. They will carry your bags to the car for you, which is nice when my wife is there alone with our little one.

These little guys intrigued everyone in the store. I had to google " Buddha hands" and found that they belong to the citrus family.

I could spend forever in any Mom's Organic Market and have been grocery shopping here for years now. I love to cook and I always grab something new to make and try every time I go. I enjoy eating exotic fruits so when I have guest over, I have them try something new and it's always a fun time. Mom's has a decent selection of exotic fruits. Also, their supplement selection is fantastic, offering every vitamin or natural herb that you can think of. I'm always grabbing ingredients for my elixirs to make for people since I'm never sick. The staff here are very friendly and helpful and I always have a great experience. Organic is the way to go as much as possible so this is my kind of grocery store.

Liz lovely ginger snapdragons. These are delicious.

This location is always clean, well-organized, and fully stocked with everything I need. The customer service is excellent. The staff consistently goes above and beyond to help customers find what they're looking for, and they're always friendly and welcoming. My only downside is that most of the time I'm directed to self-checkout. I personally prefer checking out with a cashier--I'm just a little old school! That said, it doesn't take away from the outstanding service the staff provides throughout the store. One of my favorite areas is the produce section because everything always looks fresh and high quality. I also appreciate the wide variety of vegan, organic, and other healthy options available. Whether you're shopping for organic meats, specialty foods, or natural products, Sprouts has plenty to choose from. Their health and wellness section is like a mini herbalist shop, with a great selection of vitamins, supplements, and natural remedies. Overall, this is definitely my go-to grocery store, and I always enjoy shopping here!

I consider it my "upscale neighborhood grocery store," and it has become part of my weekly routine. One of my favorite things is their meal prep section. For around $30, I can grab enough food to last me about four dinners/lunches during the week, which is a great value considering the quality. The veggies are always FRESH... fresh out the ground, fresh. Farm to table, fresh! I also buy my sushi on the go here, and it's always delicious. I will say, some of the prices are a little higher than your average grocery store, but the quality of the food and the customer service make it worth every Abe Lincoln. I also love the huge selection of vegan, vegetarian, and clean-eating options even being the pescatarian that I am. But if you're trying to eat healthier (someone in my house always is on a diet lol), have dietary restrictions, or just want to try something new, there's always something interesting to discover. I leave with a new product almost every visit. The store is consistently clean, well-stocked, and the employees are always friendly and welcoming. One thing people don't usually mention in grocery store reviews is the bathroom, but I think it says a lot about a business. The restroom is always clean and if you've ever had to use a nasty grocery store bathroom, you know it can leave you wondering how they care for everything else... including the food. Trust me, you do not want to experience that. Lol, thankfully I've never had that concern at Sprouts. Their rewards program is another bonus. Super simple and convenient like every other grocery store, but worth it since this store is a bit more pricey. Lastly, I have to give a shoutout to the management team. Anytime I've had a pricing issue or any other concern, they've handled it quickly, professionally, and with a smile. Great customer service can be hard to find these days, especially when there aren't a ton of grocery store options in the area, but the team here consistently goes above and beyond. Sprouts has earned my business week after week, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for fresh, quality food and excellent customer service.

Where do I begin?…read more The Lidl in St. Charles plays an important role in the community. It sits in a convenient location next to a large luxury apartment complex, making it an easy stop for many residents. While Lidl doesn't carry the same variety of products as some of the larger grocery chains, they generally do a solid job providing the core essentials... and sometimes a bit more. Unfortunately, my experience with this location has been overshadowed by ongoing concerns about cleanliness and store upkeep. The first thing I noticed was the trash receptacle outside the store overflowing. That alone raised a red flag. Inside, the restroom was in extremely poor condition... honestly, it looked well below what I would expect from a grocery store that sells fresh food. Situations like this make it feel as though basic oversight is missing. Whether at the store, district, or regional level, someone should be paying closer attention to these issues. Cleanliness matters, especially in a place where people are buying food. When the environment appears unsanitary, it naturally discourages customers from shopping there. My final frustration was the bakery area. Items were picked over, some were on the floor, and others looked crushed or handled to the point where they were no longer appealing. It gave the impression that the section hadn't been monitored or maintained throughout the day. Staff interactions have also been inconsistent. The employees I encountered seemed disengaged, with little effort to acknowledge customers or offer assistance. I had hoped these issues would improve over time. However, as recently as last week, when I stopped in to grab a pack of buns, the same problems were still present. Recommendation level: Consider other options

If you don't want to pay an annual membership fee for discount grocery shopping or the size of your family is to small to make that appealing, this is a viable alternative to save some dough. Just like the fee based big box grocery stores, you aren't going to find 100% of what you need on your weekly grocery list. I've given up on the idea of 1-stop grocery shopping long ago. I do that only when I don't have enough time or energy to make multiple stops. It's the same-same here. Download the myLidl app before going and join to see the added discounts available. I did this in the store using my cellular data plan. It's suppose to have WiFi but I got a "temporarily unavailable" message when I tried to connect. The cashier said the ApplePay was not working properly so I paid cash. There are self check out lines but no one else was using them so I figured something was up with that too. (I dunno.) Therefore, I got in a regular check check out line. Yes, they have some kinks to work out. That's understood now. I won't be so understanding a month from now. There are brand names and no brand name stuff. I was pleasantly surprised to find Daves Killer organic bread-by Good Seed and Herr potato chips. There is also Lidl brand potato chips. I bought a bag to try them. There were lots of meat brand I did't recognize. I have to return when I have more time to read those labels so I get an idea where my food is coming from. The cashiers will not bag your groceries. (My cashier was very helpful though.) You do that. There are free paper bags at the end of the checkout line, cashier #20 told me. (Do they really go by numbers Lidl?) You can pay for plastic multiple use bags (as low as 10 cents). I had my bag. Carry yours. Save a tree. I spent $13.95. Emulating Kohls, I got a $5 off a minimum of $25 coupon valid for sometime in the future at checkout to reel me back in. LOL.
