They are a start-up business we were talking to the owners and hoping their business takes off.... Because they are one of the best chilaquiles I've had!!!!!!! Yes! I am always hesitant about street vendors especially when they don't have a health inspection. :) However, the ladies are very clean, wearing gloves, and someone else is handling the money and he isn't near the food. They have 6 sauces you can try! My favorite is the poblano! Sooooo delicious! They are served with eggs, beans red onion sour cream and cheese! They have Venmo or cash! Only open on Sundays. Big box 10.00 small box 5.00. I got t3 boxes, for my two oldest and one for my husband and I to share ... there were no left overs!!!!! That's how good the poblano sauce is!!!!!!! Every single Freddy's event I've been to has been a good experience. Sometimes trucks do cancel, but they're always replaced by another truck. There's generally enough seating, and the events aren't chaotic. Entertainment varies, but there's something to keep you occupied while you eat. Our favorite thing? Dogs are allowed (given they're on a leash and friendly of course).
