Please support them all! SERVICE The older man who assisted my girls and me was nice. He offered to reheat my ham/cheese/jalapeño croissant three times. He wanted me to eat it right away I guess. Lol. He was a bit soft spoken, thus, muffled under his COVID-19 mask, so I unfortunately had to have him repeat a few times. First world pandemic problems, right? MY FAVORITE PART... Several choices for donuts and muffins. NOT SO FAVORITE PART... Prices aren't clearly labeled. The usual annoying pandemic stuff... not understanding the guy under his mask. THE GRUB The donuts were a hit with my girls. If they weren't soft, they would definitely let me know. My croissant was giant! It was very tasty. Of course, I would choose it again if I was in a ham & cheese mood. PARKING Ample, free parking in a lot with other businesses. TIP Bring cash. Otherwise be prepared to pay a $.75 fee on charges to a card of less than $8. OVERALL The croissants are really good. They'll heat it up for you if you'd like. Been here a couple times and I've had a great experience with both the older man and the woman behind the counter. They were both very nice to me. Today the woman even added several donut holes to my order, which was a nice surprise (I had no idea until I got in the car). Definitely coming back when another sugar craving hits. read more

We usually come here while doing laundry regularly. The older man assisting was absolutely rude and after not being able to understand us walked away and continued restocking the store. Not another word was said to us. Completely rude. Unacceptable service. read more

These people, the woman in particular is very rude, bordering disrespectful. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else. The woman went as far as saying if you don't like, don't come back.. believe me, we won't! We were spending $50 a week at this store, not anymore! read more

This review is long over due. I've been coming here for the past 1.5 year since moving into the area and it has become my wife and I favorite little donut shop. The lady that runs the place is very nice and friendly. Donut shop is very clean and has many options of donut and sandwiches and coffees to choose from. The breakfast sandwiches are great (our favorite is #7) and the doughnuts are amazing exceptional as well always fresh. read more

The quality of the donuts is excellent but the service is average. They need to bring their best customer service to match the quality of their products. When you have to ask for napkins & straws only to be told I should have them in my car is rude & a bit crabby. read more

I was very disappointed. We went with our special needs students to have CBI (community based instruction) were our students can order, pay and receive change. Our previous visit there was a gentleman and he was very nice and patient, he even interacted with our students. Today there was a lady and she was unpleasant towards us ( they were no customers and we have 2 students go inside at a time with a teacher). We explained to her what our program is about and how it helps our students be independent , she seemed not to acknowledge us. It is just sad because we were bringing business. read more

Looked interesting enough. Kid took his bite and said yum. I took mine to the sink (lol) to catch any crumbs, but surprised me that it's not just a ball of a regular donut. This had an amazingly satisfying crispy crunchy exterior, with an airy chewy interior! I can't imagine how much better it would be when freshly made at the store! Even an hour and a half later was delicious... Me and the kid quickly devoured our 3 each and struggled to leave 3 for wife before we had to go to an activity. When we returned, wife was also raving, what was that, where did you get it? Trust me, you will not be able to eat just one. I'm greedy, I definitely want more than 3 next time! Donut ball itself wasn't overly sweet, just delicious period. I guess it's the toppings that add the sweetness. Only tried the classic (honey cinnamon, walnut). The other flavors will probably be amazing desserts, but I think all I need is just the donut ball by itself. Honey and walnut adds a bit of sweetness and bite, but the base donut ball is a shining star on it's own in my book! Good thing was the honey was mostly on the bottom and walnut crumbles on top, so you can rub as much or not of those as it fits you. This had an amazingly satisfying crispy crunchy exterior, with an airy chewy interior! I can't imagine how much better it would be when freshly made at the store! Even an hour and a half later was delicious... Me and the kid quickly devoured our 3 each and struggled to leave 3 for wife before we had to go to an activity. When we returned, wife was also raving, what was that, where did you get it? Trust me, you will not be able to eat just one. I'm greedy, I definitely want more than 3 next time! Donut ball itself wasn't overly sweet, just delicious period. I guess it's the toppings that add the sweetness. Only tried the classic (honey cinnamon, walnut). The other flavors will probably be amazing desserts, but I think all I need is just the donut ball by itself. Honey and walnut adds a bit of sweetness and bite, but the base donut ball is a shining star on it's own in my book! Good thing was the honey was mostly on the bottom and walnut crumbles on top, so you can rub as much or not of those as it fits you. That delightful crunchy fresh donut texture is to die for! But all the toppings are also great - both very clear and good flavors. Everything worked well together and no flavor overpowered any other. It was clean, spacious and comfortable inside. Great AC on a 100 degree day in March (this is our new normal??) The person helping us was friendly, informative and so welcoming, and took their time telling us the origins of the donuts, explaining the flavors and the options to us. Very sweet, very kind! We came in at 2 on a Tuesday and they had just finished making a fresh batch (they are made every 30 minutes), so we lucked out on that and got to try these at their peak! Really wonderful. This will definitely be a stop for us when we are out this way again. Might even be worth driving for as a special treat from time to time!
