While this was not a cheap investment, you truly get what you pay for with the level of care and service the team provides. I was pretty nervous about having people in the house with COVID, but the nurses were so understanding and willing to take a covid test upon arriving to our home. They always checked in to see how I was doing as a new mom and helped me troubleshoot challenges I might be having with my baby. They worked on extending my daughter's sleep so she started sleeping longer and longer stretches on the nights they did not help us. If my daughter was ready to go in the morning before I was, I would come downstairs to the nurses loving on her. They did little things to provide extra help (without me even asking) like preparing all of our bottles for the next day. The days we knew they were coming, we'd have a total sense of calm in the house all day.  The entire family enjoyed having them, even our dog wanted to be downstairs to visit. In addition to the support from the nurses who came overnight, we had access to regular calls with Ellen, who is an NP. She is a baby whisper and sleep guru. I credit the nurses and Ellen for my daughter being an amazing sleeper. If I am fortunate enough to expand my family, there is no doubt I will be calling the Naps nurses again for help. I highly recommend Naps for their night nurse services, new moms groups, baby bootcamp and online membership.

She also helped us trouble shoot as issues came up. The NAPS nurses really know what they are doing and use science/research/personal experience to back it up.

Informative, empowering, respectful, approachable, individual, caring, encouraging. But, at this point I've had my baby. I had a natural (no epi, no pitosin, etc..) birth at a major hospital. It was an amazing experience (seriously) and I owe that in large part to Zina's teaching and guidance. This is how Zina's classes helped: 1. My husband and I had learned what was happening at different stages of the birth process, and could make informed decisions once we got to the hospital, we didn't feel like we were being told what to do and instead were an active part of the decision-making process. 2. I felt confident and excited, instead of apprehensive and scared (if left to my own devices, I'd just feel scared). This made such a difference. 3. Probably the biggest difference was that when the time came, my husband and I were a team. It's natural for a partner to want to help, but oftentimes it's hard to know how, especially with how birth is portrayed in movies. Zina's class gave us a 'toolkit,' and having those options and ideas at the ready for when you don't really have time to think was key.

These 5 classes just flew by and I did not expect to learn this much. I feel prepared and empowered to help my baby come to this world. And this is not just me, my husband absolutely loved this class and feels like he can really help and that we can do this as a team- all three of us I highly recommend this class, Zina is a great teacher and overall an amazing person. I feel so lucky to have found this class and if I have any issues with breastfeeding I'll know who to call!

She is exactly who you want to have in your village when you're navigating the first hectic days, weeks, and months at home with a newborn. She is a wealth of information but doesn't give unsolicited advice. She is reliable and an excellent communicator. She goes out of her way to make sure you are comfortable, and you will quickly learn that your baby is in the best hands (besides your own) while Martha is providing overnight care. We were beyond lucky to work with Martha and would recommend her without hesitation.

She's also perfectly happy to hold the baby while you shower or do errands. I was beyond impressed by the breadth and depth of her knowledge about babies and "mom life" in general. I couldn't have gotten through the postpartum period so successfully without her. Do yourself (or your daughter, daughter-in-law, sister, granddaughter, friend, etc.) a huge favor and hire Martha as your postpartum doula. You will be calmer, better-rested, and a more confident mom because of her!

I don't have much of a support system aside from him and as a first time mom, support is what you need! Danni was a lifesaver. She did chores (laundry, dishes, organizing obscene amounts of hand me downs) but was also someone I felt 100% comfortable with to take care of my daughter when I went to doctor's appointments or just to get out and get a breather. (Babies are HARD!) Danni was a great sounding board and never judged. I thought I had PPD but Danni, having experience with many Moms, explained to me how to determine whether it was truly PPD or baby blues and the overwhelmed feeling that comes with being a new Mom (to your first or 30th child!) but she never shrugged my feelings off and let me talk through my feelings/concerns, she heard me and made me feel confident and successful as a mother. I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for support and have told my husband time and again to consider her as he takes over full time parenting for the remainder of the year when I go back to work.
