She tried to say my nail was like that before, and although it WAS a little on the thinner side, she drilled to the point that it is sore and red and I felt it bothering me in the water. I left with no polish to do it myself at home because she was so rough. She also filed my nails horribly and I had to refile my nails at home. Jagged edges and crooked. For each manicure, a fresh set of tools is used and you can tell the salon is well-maintained and clean. There are plenty of colors to choose from and even when I made a special nail color request, my tech layered colors for the perfect shade. The nail techs are skilled, efficient, and gentle. I've seen both Alie and Kevin, both are wonderful. I've seen Alie twice for a no-chip manicure and it held up against all the work I do with my hands. She is so friendly and gentle in her work.
