This place is close to my house and makes it easy to pop by for my appointments and they work around your schedule as much as they can. The receptionist is also very kind. I was told it would take approximately 10 sessions and that would be COMPLETE removal. I was told at the time that they did not have zero interest plans so was going to pay in full. They were messaging me from 2 different numbers so when they contacted me today I asked them to re affirm what I had been told on that particular text thread since this was different number and I wanted it in writing. They kept trying to tell me they didn't have another number and continuously argued with me even after I sent them screen recordings. They finally said it was them but they have no Idea why I was told the original answers. Then they come back and say it's not for complete removal but for 10 session and that I need anywhere from 13-16 and that those would be ADDITIONAL!! They seem VERY unorganized and I don't think I would trust them for removal. I have been burned before by a laser and they do not give the me the confidence to use them after all of this. They seem VERY IMCOMPETENT and unorganized.
