There are several locations across the city, but this particular location was able to help me in a big way. The first thing that I appreciated was their swift communication. An email led to a phone call, which lead to a quick quote. They were professional the entire time and extremely good about conveying what specific print sizes were needed. The second was the quote itself, which was substantially less than several other services that I shopped around with. They were able to break down the price in a way that made sense, but more importantly was affordable in a timely manner. What I appreciated most was the print quality itself, which looked sleek and colorful. Given that all of this was accomplished in several hours, I couldn't be more satisfied. My embroidery order was the wrong color despite me providing a photo of what I wanted. The lady…read moreinitially lied and said she showed me the thread, but when she played the camera back, she hadn't showed me anything. She then agreed to reimburse me if I purchased 2 new hats since they didn'thave any in the store. When I sent her the receipt, she initially refused to reimburse me because the hats were more expensive than what I had initially paid. She ultimately agreed to reimburse me via text, and she also agreed to do the embroidery for free on the new hats; however, when I went in to place the new order, she told me she would not give me my money back for the 2 hats she messed up because it would have to come out of her pocket. Fortunately, our communication was via text msg and when she called security, they sided with me. The lady who does the embroidery is a liar, and I wouldn't recommend anyone to do business with this company.
