I am very pleased with the quality of both the materials and the workmanship of a single large garage door that I had put on my house. I worked with Chad and Mike primarily and both were professional and did a good job of returning calls, which is something I always appreciate. I gave a 5 star rating despite there being a small issue after the job had been completed. I am giving 5 stars because I had already paid and signed off on all of the paperwork before I noticed the power to the garage door opener was not set up to my liking. I called and spoke with Mike and he had no hesitation at all with sending someone out very quickly to take care of it. I required a service call for a garage door that would not close right. I followed all the normal protocol in troubleshooting but just could not figure out how to get it to work right. I gave Monarch Door Company a call and they were out the very next day. Not only did they get me up and running but did a full top to bottom door inspection. I purchased my home in 2016. After a year of use the gearing on my garage doors was shot. I called up to get a quote and they were able to provide me with a quote right on the spot with no issues. I had made an appointment for them to come out and I had a work conflict come up in the meantime. I used their text system to let them know and it was no issue at all. I had Roy and Anthony come out to my home and get the job done quickly, and efficiently. Had two garage doors installed today, Monarch has been very professional and accommodating. The doors were special order with windows. From the first contact, with the estimator, and installer all were friendly, cooperative, and professional. I started at the orange box store and was attended to by a person who knew nothing about the product and couldn't answer questions as they tried to put the info in computer. Their price was higher and there were no extras included. They wanted all the money up front before the job was even looked at. I am happy to do business with Monarch. I highly recommend doing business with Monarch Door Company. I had a new Garage Door and Garage Opener installed. The installer was very meticulous and did a superior job. The product quality is excellent. And their consulting of what was the best products for my needs was amazing. And if you are looking for an Apple HomeKit Compatible Door Opener they can install the LiftMaster Premium Series. I can now open, close, and see if the door is open or closed from my iPhone from anywhere in the world. A first rate company I highly suggest doing business with. After 2 weeks with guys showing up without the right parts from ANOTHER company, we called Monarch. They will be the first call for any future repairs or work we need done. The appointment was made, Tony was there when schuled, had all the parts and tools to complete our repair in what seem to be no time at all. It was great to see our garage door opening again. He asked what day works for me to do the install and that's the day he scheduled it. The technician was respectful, polite and did an amazing job. Dealing with Monarch Door was a great customer experience from start to finish. On Saturday I scheduled a service appointment for the following Wednesday. On Tuesday they called back to confirm the appointment. Mark, their technician, arrived on time and was very professional. He adjusted the torsion springs, tightened the hinge bolts, lubricated everything and answered all of my questions. The price for the service call was very reasonable. Monarch replaced two old garage doors for me in a half a day. I removed the old ones at their recommendation to save quite a bit of money. It was fairly easy to do. They were on time and very clean and neat. They came out to replace a defective panel and adjust a few small items and again, did a great job.
