After I had been there 2 1/2 hours now due to my massage starting late and then them wanting to hold me there until the owner could get there which was unbeknownst to me, the owner flew up in her car and attempted to bully me out of accepting the promo that I told them I had before even booking. I told her it was not going to happen. That they were going to take a non-expired coupon that they have produced at some point, while claiming they've never made a coupon? But still couldn't explain how I actually did have a coupon that they have made at some point! None of this should be the experience of a first time customer, my time is just as valuable as their's.
