    This company is questionable, they don't send out billing statements on behalf of doctors they work…read morewith unless you owe the doctor money. In this case my doctor owes me money, they told me that my doctor holds my money and the only way I would get a statement is if I owe him money. Then the contradiction, I was told they don't send out statements at all That they could cc me with the dr. Office on the chain. I asked them for their website I was put on hold for a very long time I was told that she could not give it to me , I then asked where they were located (state) I was put on hold she came back on the phone and told me she couldn't tell me where this business is located. Then I asked for their address she said we have a PO Box I asked for her to give it to me she put me on hold again came back on the phone and told me that she exhausted all of her resources with me and the she was going to end the call. So they have my information but will not give me their's all very odd and not transparent makes me feel uneasy.

It was at that time, that I learned she was the owner). Any company where the owner shows such compassion, has no need for my business. I would hope that I never have to deal with this company again, for being an owner, there needs to be a bit more concern to their other "clients" not just the "clients" that they represents. Rude. Agitation. Condescending. Needs assistance with better customer service care.

    Do not trust this company. They took $40k of our money & we received zero benefit from them…read more Their office is very chaotic & there seems to be no review process within the company. We were assigned to many case managers & documents were lost. Luckily, I saved my emails. Adding insult to injury, their customer service department is very rude - the credit manager once screamed at me & a rep even told me they had more important clients to talk to. After they charged our credit cards, they ignored my calls & emails requesting for updates. Feeling so frustrated, I contacted an outside EA to review returns prepared by TN so far. His findings: TNUSA was wrong to amend our joint returns to MFS because the IRS only allows this by the original due date. TNUSA also stated we should file under our Trust. This again was wrong because we could just include expenses in Schedule 1 of Form 1040. TN deceived us so that they could squeeze more money from us. TN prepared amended returns that were totally useless & would be rejected by the IRS. We really held high hopes that TNUSA could help us get our tax affairs in order due to our age (90's & 70's) and health issues. Instead, we ended up with $40k on our credit cards & a total distrust for this company that exploited us with their scare tactics, deceptive practices & apathy towards us.
