If you need a realtor who is also a mortgage lender please contact Marcus. We had a previous agent…read more& lender and the process was extremely complicated. I had to go back and forth between the lender & agent it made it even worse when we wouldn't get timely responses. From the first consultation to closing he answered all question with extreme detail. Our other lender also overcharged us Marcus quoted us a rate that we closed on that was a full 1 point lower then the previous lender. We got half of our closing cost by the seller as well in total we saved up to 12k in upfront out of pocket cost. He's also really knowledgeable in Air B &B rentals multi units long term rentals etc. when we are ready to invest we will also be using Marcus for his services. Before you talk to any realtors or lenders give Marcus a call first.

From the 2 other mortgage quotes we Received he had the lowest interest rate by a half point which goes a long way as far as payment over 30 years. He had no hidden fees and was transparent throughout the whole process explaining everything in detail. Whenever we had a question he either texted back instantly or gave us a call. He was able to negotiate our closing cost to be paid by the seller which saved us 16K upfront. He had a lot of knowledge of the LA area wether it was South La, East la as far as pricing new developments future appreciation and certain city regulations I can't thank him enough

I wanted to share another update on my journey with NACA--this time from the perspective of having…read moremy offer accepted. One of the biggest pieces of advice I can give is to stay consistent and organized with your documentation. This process requires a lot, but keeping everything up to date really makes a difference when things start moving quickly. What has stood out most to me is having a responsive and supportive counselor. In a process that can feel overwhelming and time-sensitive, having someone who communicates clearly and responds quickly has made things feel much more manageable. That level of support is so important, especially when you're working through tight deadlines. I know some people may find the detailed, step-by-step process a bit overwhelming, but as a first-time homebuyer, I actually find it reassuring. It feels like NACA is doing a first layer of review (almost like a built-in quality check) to make sure you're fully prepared. By the time you get to lender approval, you've already done so much of the groundwork, which helps the process feel smoother overall. That said, patience is key. This isn't a rushed process, so if you know you want to buy a home within the next 6-12 months, I highly recommend starting early. Begin organizing your finances, being mindful of your spending habits, and understanding what will be evaluated. That preparation really pays off later. I'm still learning as I move through the offer phase, but I'm looking forward to continuing this journey and sharing another update once I reach the closing stage!

We recently discovered NACA, and quickly after attending their Homebuyer Workshop, felt our dream becoming reality. The purchase of a first house can be incredibly stressful, and we are grateful to NACA for alleviating that stress by walking us through each step. Our mortgage counselor Katya is incredibly well-versed in the NACA program. Her kindness, patience, and attention to detail are remarkable. We are still in the early stages, and excited to be part of an organization committed to providing affordable homeownership to ourselves and others. I am rating our experience four stars as we are still in the process of qualification, and will update my review as we progress.

Let me start by saying that this is not my first time working with Andee - and I would like to…read morethank her and her staff for completing my home refinancing needs. Having worked with Andee in the past (2 home purchases) I knew I wanted to make her my first call for my home refinancing needs. Context/Background: -During COVID times it was just a smart opportunity for us to explore refinancing our home loan. -Even smarter was to call Andee Timeline: -From initial inquiry to funding/closing it took 3 months and a week -Initial estimate was to fund and close in 2 months While this timeline did not necessarily stick to original estimate, everyone needed to be a little more flexible and patient during these COVID (strange times) I do not necessarily fault Andee or her team there was just a LOT of back and forth in order to get our REFI completed. In the end, I'm very pleased with the results and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Andee or her staff to my family or friends. Please at the least reach out and give her an opportunity to earn your business. Full transparency- I'm not exactly the easiest person to work with. I'm results and detail oriented, Andee and her team delivered and for that I'm very grateful.

So I started researching reviews and came across Andee in mid May, we were approved with down payment assistance and our approval letter by late May! That quick! She walked us through it all, reached out to selling agents where we placed an offer on property just to give them peace of mind that funding would happen. She always responded to our inquiries, and made a point to always check-in. It was such a blessing finding Andee! We closed on our property in under 15days with Andee!!!!!! We are forever grateful and will shout her graces from every mountain top! I kid you not, if your serious about purchasing a home choose APM/Andee as your lender I promise you, your dream of home ownership will happen with Andee, I guarantee it!
