This began to make sense to me. The last time we hired BE structural they worked hand and hand with the township to make sure our current building would never open again without huge fees from their firm as well as the local municipality even after satisfying the townships demands. Pure fraud. He walking into the site with a respirator into a section of the porch with no mold. The entire porch had already been replaced with a new construction. So I guess they are promoting new construction. Don't hire them. It's not worth it. It's a fishing expedition. This type of corruption is the worst type because the local government will not regulate it. Ultimately the zoning officer that was involved left leaving a paper trail of pure liability for the township. Verifiable records, and photos openly support our claims. The original complaint of the building was an uploaded photo of the conditions prior to a new construction. Several seconds would've verified this. Be afraid, be very afraid if these people are allowed on your property, you cannot expect ethical behavior. Anyway, it was funny to see someone advertising for them this morning. I was actually about to hire them for a new construction until I realize who it was.

He basically wanted money to fix his own mistakes and refused all attempts at communication to attempt to come to an agreement until he got the money. I had to file a dispute with the credit card company and threaten action against the license just to get what I had already paid for. This review is specific to Bruce Ensor. If it wasn't for others at his firm, who took the job away from his control and treated me respectfully, then completed the work faithfully, I would have been in big trouble. He thought he had me over a rock and it was obvious he had no concern for anything except trying to suck as much money out of me as possible.

It apparently wasn't getting pumped to the sand mount. I had Young's Septic come in. They diagnosed the issue as a broken pump. They drained the tank, charging me about $350 (fair price), and then gave me an estimate for $2100 for a new pump. I thanked their tech, Randy, and told him that I wanted to get a couple of estimates first. He had a look in his eyes of surprise, and then told me that the tank will fill up very quickly, so I should plan to stay at a hotel. Seemed a little pushy, since I was going to immediately call others to check on the pricing for the new Here are the prices I found along with a description of the job: -0.5 HP Gold's brand pump / 120 volt -Single man job -Not "confined space" job, i.e. the person can reach into the tank and doesn't need to climb in, which requires 2 men, and a confined space meter to check for toxic gas. Dillsburg septic - $1400 - $1800 Young's - $2100 Stinky Finky (R E Fink & Sons) - $1090 Walter's - $1095 - $2000 I called Young's back and gave them an opportunity to match the price or at least get closer to it, and was told that the owner would call me back. He never did. Brandt at R E Fink wasn't only the lowest price, but told me he could make it out the next morning. Sold. After opening up our tank, Brandt's tech, Jack reported back to him, and Brandt called me with good news. He said that the only problem with my pump is that the floater is broken. It was going to cost me less than $300! He also said that my pump was only 0.3 HP, and not 0.5 as Young's had stated. I told Brandt that I needed a new pump and we agreed on $1090, but he had the morality to report back that I didn't need a new pump, and accepted much less money in return for his honesty. Brandt is a stand-up guy, and R E Fink is a stand-up company. R E Fink & Sons will be my ONLY septic company from here on out, and I will recommend them to everyone. Hopefully, you read this and don't look further than them. They deserve your business and will give you an honest diagnosis and a fair price. UPDATED: I wrote the review while they were finishing up. Afterwards, I tried to give Jack a $40 tip ($20 for him and $20 for Brandt), and he respectfully refused, saying he wasn't allowed to. I pushed pretty hard too. What an amazing company!

As we got closer to evening Dwayne advised that he was going to get a hotel and arrive to the house in Alabama in the morning. We arrived to the house at 9am and no call, text, or email from Dwayne. We went to get breakfast still no call, text,or email. I called while at breakfast and was told by Dwayne that the helpers woke up late and they will be at the house by 12pm. Upon their arrival at 2pm (5 hours late), Dwayne called and advised they were at the house and decided to unload the truck in the driveway. As we pulled up to the house from picking up cleaning supplies and water for the guys we noticed our stuff on the driveway like it was a garage sale or something. It was so unprofessional and disappointing to see. Then, after they moved the things into the house Dwayne seemed frustrated and annoyed when I asked about him installing the TV's and assembly of the beds which was part of the agreement. He proceeded to install the bed and TV's. He seemed to struggle to install a TV wall mount and TV on the wall. Then, I went out to the hardware store to pick up more proper screws for the TV mount. Not sure what he did with the screws he removed in Manchester for the same mount. All the screws were packed and labled to make the installations smooth. But while I was gone he assembled 1 queen frame and a twin futon. When I came back they placed the TV on the wall and I looked at everything that wasn't till wrapped in plastic. They brought in the final piece of furniture. It was completely destroyed. I told them to leave it in the Garage. He decided to leave it right at the entrance of the garage door. So I had to move it to the side wall myself. He said it was fixable and its not. We went to sleep woke up the next morning sat back on the bed and the bed shifted with a loud bang. Noticed that the bed wasn't properly assembled screws missing and loose. I immediately checked everything. The twin bed was missing screws and shifting left and right. My antique coffee table was scuffed in mutiple places, dinning table scuffed, dressers scuffed, bed frame chipped and scuffed, some China plates cracked and destroyed, desk missing a part, screws checked and noticed screws were loosened and had to be tightened and the motor bar was disconnected, computer monitor mount was chipped like it was dropped on the ground. I was emailed by Dwayne to sent photos was told by email that they did their best and I would be fully compensated. I'm still waiting.
