Connor was such a great resource to have as a brand new homeowner faced with way more than I had…read morebargained for! After buying a new home that needed what I thought was just some cosmetic work, a coworker who lived in the neighborhood recommended Connor. I initially asked him to remove some ugly wall panelling and replace it with drywall, but it turned out when he removed the panelling there was major structural damage underneath. I really appreciated that Connor not only immediately let me know the extent of the damage and what it might take to fix it, but also told me that it was outside of his skill set and that I would need to talk to some engineers. After I got the structural damage fixed, Connor did a BEAUTIFUL job repairing the ceiling, replacing the window, drywalling the walls, and refinishing the floors. He even added a coat of paint, which I was not expecting him to do! I've really appreciated Connor's transparency and honesty throughout the work he's done on my house. As a new homeowner with close to zero construction knowledge, it would be easy for him to take advantage--overcharging, overselling what he's able to do, or doing a shoddy job.
