Our most recent job was finished Friday and Steve was emailing us Saturday to make sure everything went well. The team left everything super clean too. I really expected at least a little mess! Especially since the new basement is finished and carpeted. Anyway I don't think we will ever stray from using this company while we are home owners. Call and ask for a quote! I had our first floor renovated in the house my grandparents bought in 1949. Underneath the dining…read moreroom and hallway carpet were the original floors made of Oak and Pine respectively. Floors I had never seen before until the renovation. The hallway floors also had tile on them which was underneath the carpet. Lucky all the floors were still in pretty good shape. My original kitchen contractor had pulled up the carpet and tile and sanded them. However, we parted ways before the job was done and I reached out to AC&T to do the floors because of their great reviews. It was true. Kevin amd his team are great! Kevin initially came out and looked at my floors, talked to me about what I wanted to do, made suggestions. The price for us was good and so we booked with them. We stayed in an airbnb for a few days while they worked on the floors because I was having them stained and we wouldn't be able to walk on them. The team came in and re-sanded all the floors including the steps and made them so much better. They also reinforced the steps and filled in any wood gaps all around. I was quite pleased with their work and would highly recommend to others. Kevin and his team are totally professional and get the job done.
