I once went in to use one of the several 4x loaders for some blankets that had an accident, and couldn't use them because one person was using all of them, and apparently intended to for the foreseeable future. Other than that, the washers and dryers are inexpensive, clean, and the music isn't obnoxious either. The people that run it are nice enough, and are always around if there's a problem. My only complaint is when I have to deal with the other customers, but again I just go in the morning when no one else is there.
