Two weeks after they replaced the 4th tire, there is now a huge bubble in one of the new tires and my car is not safe to drive. These are high quality Continental tires and we paid a hefty sum. I called tire rack to give them a chance to make things right, but they said they would need me to send photos of the tire with the rim removed. I took it back and had the tires rebalanced not twice, but 3 times (an hour each time). They assured me the balancing was fine and sent me on my way. My car still wobbled significantly. I called NTB on Centreville Rd. and spoke with Brian and explained the situation. He told me I could bring it in and he had my car taken in within minutes of showing up. He was extremely courteous, efficient and highly knowledgeable. He advised me that the prior balancing job(s) were not done properly and explained exactly how, and what needed to be done to correct it. The worst was the rear passenger tire which was at 300, when the max for trucks (which my car isn't even a truck, is .5)!! Absolutely unacceptable and could have destroyed my suspension and other issues! Brian and NTB Centreville Rd. took care of my vehicle at no expense to me despite the issue not being caused by his shop, but the Burke shop. First, I called and scheduled an oil change and emissions on one of our cars. It was scheduled for two days later. Dropped it off, waited about 30-40 min and then done! Best of all they did not try to make me do a bunch of unnecessary things. Paid and I was out. $99 for an all synthetic oil change was very reasonable. Second, I had two flat tires. I had my insurance roadside tow my car down the street here. They called to let me know one could just be repaired but the other one should be replaced. We replaced both tires and got an oil change. Everything was done by the next morning. Prices were reasonable and service impeccable. They picked me up to get the car. Timmy always provides above and beyond customer service and really makes you feel like a valued customer. I have been to so many auto shops in Loudoun County and none were as honest and convenient! I'm so glad we found a reliable place nearby with such excellent service!
