I just read some of the reviews and I am shocked at some of the negative reviews. I have been putting my Trust off for some time, mostly because of the cost envolved. One of my office personnel gave me their number and I thought I would call. The minute I called I was greeted by Bradly on the phone very professionally. Creating a Trust is very emotional and Bradly guided me through it with nothing but care. I call this great customer service. After I received my trust package (might I say, it did not come in a folder with loose pages) it was in a very professional binder. Bradly asked me to read all pages and take notes of anything I had questions on than give him a call before taking it to a Notary. He called me back within less than five minutes. After speaking to Bradly, I was very comfortable taking it to a notary. When I was getting my Trust Notarized, even the Notary made a comment on how professional it was done. I am all about customer service and MONDAY MORNING TRUST is also about their Customer Service. Bottom line, I would highly recommend them. We knew nothing about a Trust. Ryan took the time to explain about a Trust and the process. Brad contributed, further explaining the process. They kept their explanations easy to understand and they answered ALL of our questions regardless of how many times they had to repeat themselves. When I called with questions during the process they took whatever time was needed to make sure my questions were answered. I was very comfortable and quickly developed trust in them.
