I'm revising my rating and the only reason not 5 stars is because of the cost, which pertained to the difficulty of my case. They are terrible... we paid for service... their guy shows up after 7.30pm... hmmm naturally they are out for dinner.. can you go earlier... yes we pay you more... well now they show up at 6.30pm well at least that's what they claim and all this AFTER giving them the address clearly... and paying for skip tracing, they had found no address.. spoon feed these guys...pay them extra and they are simply brainless and unprofessional... you have been warned... waste your money, believe obviously sponsored reviews and get NOTHING read more

Though she got the job done in what they consider on their contract as "in a timely manner," her attitude discredited any professionalism I felt this company had. Though we were on a time crunch and needed papers served respectively so, she came off as defensive and rude when I call to inquire about the service we hired them for. I will say, they got the papers delivered, filled out all paperwork correctly and filed them with the courts as apart of their service. However, her attitude and lack of professional customer service skills makes me think she is running this business out of her kitchen. Because of her, I may not use this business again. read more

Bosco is a great company to do business with. I started working with Bosco around 2012 while I was with a law office in Rancho Cucamonga. The office was using Bosco for process service. We had voluminous filings in various courthouses throughout CA. Many times the filings were last minute, contained errors, or may have been missing documents. Bosco went out of their way to correct and help us meet the filing deadlines. When we had a technical process service/filing question- Bosco knew the answer or would get it for us. I've continued to recommend Bosco to other attorney offices. Not just for process service, but for skip traces. Bosco found a defendant that had just moved houses and couldn't be located because all the leads went back to the house she had left. I have never hired a PI before. I'm on the east coast and going through a nasty divorce. I suspected my ex-wife was hiding assets and lied in trial. The divorce is taking place in the Northwest. Bosco is great! It is a family business and they treat us like family. It is really refreshing to have a vendor provide services like it was done back in the day. We have a very small law practice and we use Bosco for all of our service and filing needs. We have used Bosco for skip tracing, and they have done an unbelievable result of locating the subject despite the fact that the subject had just moved and was evading. In addition, Bosco did a stakeout for us on that job and others and has been successful almost every single time. When they have not been able to get the serve done, we have strategized and come up with a plan and eventually got the subject served. Most legal service companies these days are sort of like big box stores. Totally impersonal and provide mediocre work at best. That's not the case with Bosco. Their service is absolute crap-they they are a bunch of morons. I gave them documents to serve for small claims and gave them the address. When their server got to the door, instead of handing the paperwork to the person who answered the door (likely my target), they asked if the target was home to receive service. When he wasn't home-the server just walked away without handing over the paperwork!! When I was told this-I asked why they didn't just give the paperwork to the person who answered the door like any normal sub-serve. I told them to go back and serve the paperwork like I paid them to do. 2 days later They told me that the target was not answering the door. Of course he's not going to answer the door now! You just told him 2 days ago that you were trying to serve him! I told her to wait for him to come outside and she said that would be a separate fee. Oh-an I also had 2 other serves that they failed to serve-and their attempts were all at the same time of day on different days! Try different times so you catch them!! And their fees are higher than anyone else. $65-instead of the normal $45 or $50. Don't think that because they have multiple locations and hire fees that they give better service. Hire someone else. Contacted Luis to serve someone in Ontario. I had hired RPS and they couldn't get the job done . Luis had told me he would. I call him to find out what's going on and he says he's been served at the office the defendant works at. Good communication.... It was the 65$ he quoted me no more no less. He's sending more paper work to give to the court, he also is giving me advice to cover my bases because the person I'm suing is a very smart man who has evaded being served ;but he doesn't know that I'm always 2 steps ahead and I've done my research on him.
