Patrick explained all details of their post-construction package which put our minds at ease, he was also very knowledgeable and patient with all questions that we had. Our project lasted for six days at eight hours per day which seemed long but it was well worth it. He also used commercial air purifiers and Hep-a vacuums which was greatly appreciated. My bedroom floors are now severely scratched and I am the idiot who did not get a COI before allowing them to enter my home. Why they even decided to move the bed around I do not know. There was fine dust and residue everywhere, including inside cabinets and closets, along the floors and baseboards, around windows, and throughout the kitchen and bathroom. The whole process could not have gone more smoothly. Everything was very well organized from the beginning, and the cleaner actually arrived earlier than our scheduled appointment, which was a great start. He was professional, efficient, and incredibly detailed with the cleaning. You could tell he wasn't just rushing through the apartment -- he really took the time to make sure everything was properly cleaned. By the time he finished, the apartment looked amazing. The renovation dust was gone, everything felt fresh and spotless, and we were able to walk into a space that genuinely felt ready for us to move into. There wasn't anything we were unhappy with or felt needed to be redone. It was such a seamless and stress-free experience, especially after dealing with all the work involved in a renovation.
