They told us it would take three hours, but called after just two saying it was ready. When she got home, we saw the car was still dirty -- the extra services weren't done, and the trunk hadn't even been touched. We called to voice our concerns, and they told us to bring the car back a few days later. We arrived early for our appointment but it was during business hours, no one was there. An hour later the owner called and said he would issue a refund. That should've been the end of it -- but instead, he called back and completely escalated the situation. He was extremely rude, started yelling at me over the phone, and accused us of trying to scam a free detail. It was shocking and unprofessional -- especially from the owner himself. Rather than take responsibility, he doubled down and made the whole experience even worse. I've never been treated so disrespectfully by any business. The lack of service was bad enough -- but being yelled at and blamed for their mistakes was absolutely unacceptable. I would strongly warn others to stay far away from this place.

It was supposed to come with one steak kabob, one chicken kabob, one Gyro, potatoes, rice, salad, and pita bread. Ordered takeout and to my dismay it didn't have any pita bread or rice. I received two heapfuls of potatoes instead and definitely feel that the restaurant should have notified me during pickup. The Gyro was full of meat with a few red onions. The Greek salad did include dressing which was A LOT better than their cucumber sauce. I ordered extra cucumber sauce and it basically tastes like ranch dressing. Definitely not what I was expecting at all! The potatoes and kabobs had way too much salt on them. The seasoning was okay but nothing that I couldn't make myself at home. The Greek salad consisted of iceberg lettuce, cucumber slices, one tomato slice, and a few black olive slices. No feta cheese was included and it was very bland for a Greek restaurant. Really disappointed that I didn't get to try their rice or pita bread without anything in or on it like the Gyro. The restaurant also didn't include any eating utensils or napkins though they were requested. More than likely would not visit or order from again.
