They have some sort of restriction on my type of debit card (yes, it's on their end), so I have to physically go in every month to pay my balance. Well, this month, I was out of state, and actually called to tell them I would be in to pay as soon as I got back to town. They said it was fine, and they would give me an extension. Yet, when I went in to pay, I was told I had to pay a late fee, quite rudely. Yet, they never mentioned said late fee on the phone, only that they would grant me an extension. I really regret doing business with this place, and now I get why they are constantly begging for referrals every month.
