I had several accounts, including wealth management and a home loan through BotW, BMO took over and for the last 2 months, NOTHING works properly! Hours on the phone with clueless individuals who can't seem to get anything right, I am STILL having issues getting the smallest issues resolved! The only thing that's happened correctly so far is the ability to still write checks, use my bank card and transfer money between accounts, as well as pay my monthly bills. Other than that, its been horrible. They cannot even get my ONLY email address I use to work properly! They send emails almost daily about me logging in from an unrecognized computer (my ONLY computer at my office that I use for banking!), yet I cannot receive the 6 digit verification codes that their system is supposed to send out to verify the computer! Their help line, if you can even get through, is based in the Philippines and it is quite obvious that they are reading from a book based on what they hear from me. What's even more dumb is the fact that they use the last "charge on the account" to verify me, yet I could not log in to see that charge, which is why I was calling in! "Go to the nearest branch to resolve" is their last reply!!! Really??? Now looking to transfer my business, personal, wealth management accounts as well as my home loan just to get away from this poor excuse of a bank! And with the interest rates as high as they are right now, I'm more than likely going to have to just pay the home loan off completely rather than refi at more than twice my interest rate now (currently 3%). Thanks for nothing, BMO. I'll make sure to tell everyone I know, including each and every one of my customers about how bad your company is...
