Don't use them anymore. Period. They changed their systems so that if you make a mistake with getting money, they can't fix it. Because they have a "new system". Their managers can't override it. I just spoke with a manager and confirmed this. The problem I have is that I deleted the ACH part of my account to get funds delivered to my debit card. Should be the same thing, right? It's not. Their system decided to use ACH (did I not mention I had already deleted it) so I can't get my funds until Tuesday. There is nothing you can do at this point because of their "system". Move on friends. There are a lot more places to get payday loans. read more

Cynthia, in general, helped me with a particularly tricky situation where I needed a money order cashed (btw, this is pretty much the only place in the universe you can cash one!), and despite the 4.99% fee to do so, they could! She greeted me with a prompt "Hello!" A smile, and some quick rapport building before she processed everything and I was on my way in just under 5-7 minutes. I haven't been to a money tree in years and I received a check sent to me by the company I actually work for and decided to try this place out considering it's a weekend and my actual bank is closed. I felt profiled and very uncomfortable the teller called my work tried to verify the check even though our business office was closed considering it's the weekend she asked me multiple times why I received a check and took forever trying to verify. Even though the check and if matched my name address and it's for a company I work for. She even called my cell phone and dialed the wrong number and said she didn't recognize my voice on the voicemail. So I had to run to my car grab my phone and tell her my number again and when she actually dialed the correct number this time she saw it was my phone. I have one complain. The manager, Raquel, comes off monotonous and rude!! Every one else is great.. She doesn't even smile at you when you come in. As soon as she talks to you she talks to you with authority making you feel like less of a person because you are in there getting a loan. Never will I go back to that moneytree she needs to learn some manners and needs to know that she can not put people down. She makes that company look bad. Very displeased with her customer service. I tried to make a payment on my loan but they wouldn't except it. they would only accept full payment. When I got the loan the clerk said I could make payments but somehow I didn't get the right kind of loan. Clerks are not clear about this. I guess it was a misunderstanding but definately not worth the trouble. read more
