Monday morning comes... & we called my husbands HR only to find out they NEVER received any calls from her. Not long after we receive a phone call from her.. only to catch another one of her attitudes. She said she called a number (that we never provided) & it DOESNT WORK..then the next thing she says out of her mouth is that this whole thing is "annoying" & she can't help us. Smh. She didn't even TRY because I called & HR answered right away. We asked to speak to the manager & it turns out ...SHES THE MANAGER. What a shame. Ha! Truth is, she just didn't want to do her job.. the ONE THING she had left to do after wasting our time.. she didn't even do it. & if she was having trouble.. the. Why not call us back to help her?? If she can't handle the work she's getting paid to do... then helping people isn't for her & she needs a new job. Other then that.. we went through DOLLAR LOAN right after.. & got it within 30min. Their managers can't override it. I just spoke with a manager and confirmed this. The problem I have is that I deleted the ACH part of my account to get funds delivered to my debit card. Should be the same thing, right? It's not. Their system decided to use ACH (did I not mention I had already deleted it) so I can't get my funds until Tuesday. There is nothing you can do at this point because of their "system". Move on friends. There are a lot more places to get payday loans.
