Danielle is a…read morenurse practitioner there and was her primary provide. she refused to refill Misty's prescription a couple of months ago and Misty went back into suicidal thoughts and tried to end her life. she's now suffering from the brain damage that caused. when they first refused to refill her Wellbutrin she told them she would just have to go off of it and they absolutely did not care. this is the worst medical practice I have ever had the misfortune of encountering and now myself and our beautiful children may lose the most beautiful amazing woman in the world thanks to their negligence. this is definitely not what o thought the purpose of the medical field was. Go to Dr woodruff in Clarksville. she's not that far away and she actually does care about her patients.

In my case, I give a 5 star review to this office because there is no higher number for me to click on. I have no complaints whatsoever. The receptionist(s) is/are always very nice, patience, professional and attentive. Besides the fact that I am always called "Girl" I am always treated well either over the phone or in person. My husband is always with me and he is always very pleased. He is not only nice to everyone because I am...he is a very picky and hard to please Army Veteran and when he says "No" there is nothing you can do to make him change his mind. That being said, his way of rating the service and attention that his wife (me) receives, is solely his opinion and so far it has been positive. I am always treated well and yes, sometimes you have to wait a little bit to be seen but I am sure this is not only place where yo u have to wait. My experience has always been great and I am more than happy to be Dr. Rafi's patient.
