She has been with our family ever since and has really fought for Liam at every turn. When we first started with her Liam's behavior was starting to go extremely downhill to the point where he was hitting and biting, he even gave me a black eye. Today he's in 2nd grade, is one of the sweetest kids I have ever met and is incredibly happy. I think some of Sherry's greatest strengths are: -parent training -putting a tailored program together that meets the need of your child -working with insurances to best meet the needs of the family -finding other services and programs that would be beneficial to the family

The camp counselors - Najia, David, and Zita - were awesome. The kids were outdoors and active all day, learning about nature and the environment. Our daughter really enjoyed the field trips to Ocean Beach and Marin. As a 2 working parent family, we also appreciated the 9-5pm full day coverage (the only thing better would be an 8:30am start)! I'd highly recommend this summer camp, and look forward to returning next year.

She specifically asked to go to a camp where she could look at bugs, climb trees, and collect leaves all day long-- TFT delivered and then some! My daughter came home every day with a huge smile on her face, messy hair, dirty clothes, and lots of new facts about bugs and animals. It is exactly what you picture when you think of summer camp. The camp is well-organized. Good communication before and during camp sessions. The counselors are incredibly nice and you can tell that they love their jobs. I would happily re-enroll her at TFT next summer. Note: my daughter is fairly independent and responsible for her age. She enjoys imaginative play, makes friends easily, and speaks up when she needs help. Kids who need structure or hand-holding may not do as well in this camp.

Hands-down Terry is someone you want on your team! Whatever it is you are trying to accomplish in…read moreyour career, academically, in life - Terry is an amazing coach, mentor and friend. I met Terry when I was in a post-bacc program. When I started the program I had no confidence in my academic abilities and was struggling with severe anxiety when studying for my classes. I came to Terry explaining that I wanted nothing less than to have confidence in my abilities and to get A's in the program. I added that I simply did not think it was possible and that if he couldn't be direct in solving the issue that he should not waste my time or his. All I can say is that Terry delivered. What I admired most about how he worked with me is that he never got offended nor did he take things personally when I would tell him a technique or an approach was not working. He instead had a way of being patient, listening to my concerns, analyzing what went wrong and coming up with creative solutions that were tailored specifically for me. Suffice to say I accomplished all that I wanted in the program. Furthermore, I think the best take away from my time with him is that what I learned has been sustainable. Two years after having finished the program I have accomplished more than I ever thought was possible because of the confidence in myself he fostered through our work together. If you are looking for someone to be your ally and your advocate in accomplishing what you want in your career or your academics, Terry is the man for you! You will not only learn specific techniques on how to accomplish your goals, you will also gain a great mentor. I am grateful to have met such a dedicated and passionate individual that truly cares about the success and well-being of his students. I highly recommend Terry!

He was a leading contributor towards my efforts to strengthen my learning skills, and essentially taught me how to "re-learn" how to learn. His approach was never condescending, but was still firm and gave me the accountability that I needed to thrive. I highly recommend Terry to anyone who would like to strengthen their learning abilities and realize their true potential. As I am applying to health professional schools, I know I will continue to use the skills I learned from Terry to help me become a successful student and professional"

Many restaurants and businesses now occupy many spaces. if you want access to some cool perks like access to meet & greets, the Members Lounge, and presale; then sign up to become a Member with the Presidio Theater. It was worth every penny and I'm also helping out a small non-profit venue brings great entertainment to the Presidio area. The lounge offers great wines at a discount from their sponsored local bay area wineries. Whites, Reds, Chardonnays. I took the Train, the Ferry, and a Lyft to get here. Seeing Lisa Fischer live on a chill SF afternoon was cool. She took time to meet her fans, thank them, and take some selfies. My seat was first row in AA1. I took some great pics and videos that I have to post on YT because they are beyond the 30 second limit. Her band was the Grand Baton. I left a picture of the setlist she performed. Some great covers and a couple of songs from her album from 1991. If you're not a Lisa Fischer fan, interest fact is that she was tour background singer for Luther Vandross and The Rolling Stones in the 1990s. She was also featured on the documentary "20 feet from Stardom" Such a great film. I have heard of this theater, but never actually went inside of it until now. it's a nice cozy theater with a stage and two level seating the orchestra and the section behind it. Any seat you can have a pretty good view point. I came here for an artist talk called "Art at the Presidio Theatre: Andrew Pick & Ursula Xanthe Young". Andrew Pick, a pastel and oil painter based in San Francisco, trained at both the City College of San Francisco and The Art Students League of New York. His plein air paintings capture the city's streets, skies, and hidden corners with immediacy and intimacy. Ursula Xanthe Young brings her signature blend of intricate architectural motifs, feminine iconography, and dreamlike cityscapes to the space. Her work--well known throughout the Bay and beyond--draws inspiration from the urban world around her, reimagining San Francisco as both myth and Memories. This show was moderated by returning artist Rhonel Roberts, whose own work opened this series. This is a chance to hear the artists discuss their process, their paths, and the shared landscapes that inspire them. Yes, there is much going in this area with one Presidio Go Shuttle bus and one muni bus 43 Masonic that actually comes into this park. The 30 Stockton bus stops by the Sports Basement and it is also a 4 minute walk up the stairs to the Presidio tops park. I happened to follow Ursula Xanthe Young work and found she did a skateboard exhibit at the Minnna art gallery too, so obviously I am going to check it out and that is why both these reviews are now posted back to back
