When…read moreI got back in my car to leave, I couldn't turn on the AC, or lower the windows or work the sunroof. Don't know if the breaker controlling those got jostled or what during the inspection, but I alerted the service writer, Sabrina, to the issue, who immediately reported it to the service manager. I explained that all of these things were working when I brought my car in, and how very uncomfortable it made me to have this problem after a mere inspection. They wheeled it right back to the shop, and resolved the problem either via a reset or securing something that was knocked loose. Appears to have been just an accident on the part of the tech. I would suggest testing the windows and AC anytime they work on or test electrical systems...and as consumers, we should always test at least those basics before we pull away. As a woman who has worked in car sales, and is also a consumer, I understand how it makes us feel like we have "sucker" stamped across our foreheads when the car must go in the shop...and I felt heard when I said as much to the service manager. He was respectful. They handled this well, and I would consider them for future work or when I am again in the market for a vehicle. I sat in the waiting area, which was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Staff were friendly. I will also give major kudos to Sabrina. She was knowledgeable and kind, which I greatly appreciate!

The service manager is very persistent on you getting things fixed right then. On one occasions he d had the nerve to ask me ," Can you tell me why you can't have this service done?" I informed him "money that's why". He then told me we can finance that for you. I informed him no thanks, when I get the money I'll have it done. If that's the case, I could use my own credit card. Then I find out , unlike other dealerships Joe Pecheles charges an extra fee to use your credit card.

It was easy to schedule an appointment online and choose the services I wanted, including a state inspection. Someone met me at my car when I arrived and checked me in. The inside is very clean, and includes nice bathrooms, a waiting area, WiFi, a snack bar, and an enclosed kids' room (bless you, Audi). I LOVE how the tech sends me a little video once work is completed, summarizing what they did (the DFW-area Audi dealerships did this too). Audi Greenville also has a shuttle that'll take you anywhere you want to go within, I think, a 2-mile radius (if memory serves). There's shopping and eating directly across the road from them, which is nice if you expect your car to be in for several hours. All work was completed as expected on my car. The wait was a bit longer than I would've expected for just an oil change and state inspection, but I wasn't in a hurry to get anywhere else. I wish they were a bit closer, but that's okay -- I'll be back.

I had a really disappointing and honestly upsetting experience at Chavez Tire Shop. I showed up…read morewell before their posted closing time of 4 PM (3:32 PM) for 1 tire, only to be turned away. When I politely mentioned that their hours said 4 PM online (only as a suggestion of fixing it so people wouldn't come during close up), the workers were rude and dismissive. What really got to me was that one of them completely ignored my question of shop hours to ensure I had the correct times.. but when a male customer standing nearby asked the exact same thing, he got an explanation right away. Then, after telling me they couldn't take me, they went ahead and serviced another male customer that pulled up after me.. right after turning me away. It felt unfair and disrespectful. This was my first time coming here, and I expected better from a place I've heard good reviews about. I left feeling extremely upset with how I was treated. I really hope management addresses how customers are being treated, because no one deserves to be made to feel like that.
